I went to buy a Stitch doll for my significant other. Harmony helped me through the entire process with kindness and heart. Holly made the checkout process very easy and fun with talks of Lilo and Stitch and musicals. Two stellar people who would make me come back to the store. Thank you!

Holly, Thank You for being so helpful and understanding with resolving my goof up. I accidentally booked the incorrect date for my daughters birthday party. Holly instantly figured out what happened, figured out how to still make it happen today and set expectations clearly. We had to compromise with a few of the party add ons not being able to be honored such as the games and dedicated party host but i was so thankful for what she did do for us. She also got her team informed and did the best they could with such short notice. I know i said Thank you a million times but Thank you again Holly you really made sure we had a great time and made sure my daughter felt special on her Birthday Day. This could of gone completely different, I know they would of been within their full right to just say oh well idk what to tell you, you messed up. But that was not the answer I was given and I can tell from Holly’s professionalism and leadership skills that is not an answer she would ever give. Again Thank You and thank you to all of the staff today.

Brought my daughter for her birthday ,they filled the bear and handed it to her. No help besides that no happy birthday complete disappointment even had to request the box and a birth certificate.

My son enjoys visiting and watching the stuffed 🧸 animals being made. Friendly service. Similar setup as other Build-A -Bear Workshops.

4 employees and 7 people in line for the stuffing machine. One girl on the machine. The three other employees just by the register talking to each other. Didn't greet us when we walked in. We picked out the bear my son wanted. They didn't help us with sounds. I figured out how to do it myself.
When we got to the fluff machine the girl working it was super sweet. Was very interactive with my son. I asked about a birthday crown since it was my sons birthday and she said they don't do that any more. A little sad but understand. She asked if he would do the heart ceremony I said no he's only 3 and won't understand he can't keep the heart on him. (I really wish I got her name. I did look a her badge but I forget her name).
All in all the experience was alright due to how many people were in the store.

Came here to get the birthday bear for my 1 year old. The staff was great, and made it a wonderful experience for my son. Will definitely be back in the years to come!

We took our grandchildren in for their first build a bear experience. 5 & 3 years of age. Holly was fantastic working with them. She is a superstar for our trips to this store. All of the employees we have had interactions with are so helpful and friendly.

It has been a while since our last trip to Build-a-Bear. New items include a "voice box" that can be personalized and a lot of licensed characters from Baby Yoda (Grogu) to "Batbear". The staff was helpful and patient with a slightly indecisive three year old and for what it's worth most of the prices were reasonable.

The sales associate was so kind. We were browsing for a while and she informed us with a smile that they were closing in 2 minutes. Oh my goodness time flew looking around there.
