I’ve had great experiences with Concentra. I’ve been to a couple of different Concentra facilities. Wilmington Ma and Manchester Nh and only have good things to say about both places. The staff have always been good and polite to me. That’s something I appreciate.

During my last visit, the process and procedures were a bit slower but I waited to complete the process.

When I walked in everyone behind the counter was extremely friendly. I didn't have to wait long at all and was surprised how quickly they called me in. The experience was very welcoming.
