I have been a member at CrossFit New Hampshire since 2013. This gym is great! The owner, Samy, is incredibly knowledgeable and one of the best trainers and programmers you'll ever come across. He knows CrossFit methodology inside and out. The gym itself is clean and spacious and the equipment is well-maintained. You will find members of all ages, sizes, and skill levels here; it's a diverse and welcoming community. CFNH is the OG CrossFit gym in New Hampshire. I would recommend it to everyone no matter your fitness level!

Fantastic gym. I travel for work have to been to gyms around the country. Besides my own box, this has been my favorite. It's the perfect mix of the no excuses attitude, safety, instruction, and community. The class had a range of athletes and the coaches were quick, motivational and helped adapt movements to my needs. The drop in was worth every penny. This is why I keep coming back to CrossFit.

I have never come here but I want to ! After almost a year of postpartum I never felt like seeing my body better again and I gained a lot of weight and the truth is I want to see myself and feel good about myself and I have been depressed and tired all the time I have insomnia and I want to recover my ideal weight not only to feel good but also to feel like i did something for myself, i don't speak english i don't know how to communicate in person i only use google translator ¿How much do you pay per month here?

I have been a member here since 2008. The coaching is both excellent and supportive, and my fellow crossfitters make working out a pleasure, as they encourage and motivate each other to succeed. This is a testament to Samy and the rest of coaches who have created such a wonderful atmosphere.

Came to this gym three years ago with no experience and had no idea what CrossFit was. I can say today that this has been one of the greatest experiences of my life. It has changed me for the good. The coaches are amazing! The community is awesome. I would highly recommend this for anyone.

Best staff for coaching and improving your fitness. Not going to lie, I did some crossfit in San Antonio about 6 years ago and I didn’t enjoy it. This place is absolutely awesome and the owner is a veteran what more to say. I give this place 5 stars

Best decision I ever made! CrossFit New Hampshire! I’m a newbie and was very hesitant signing up. I’ve done the gym thing. Never committed to it. Just wasn’t for me.

LOVE IT! They teach you the basics. Allow you time to learn before throwing you out with the heavy hitters. Anderson is awesome at showing you the proper way.

This place is amazing. Whether you're new at crossfit or experienced this has it all. The coaches work with you and give you advice on proper techniques. The beat part is that is very welcoming. Everyone has fun and encourages each other. If I loved in the area I'd be going here a lot more.

I can't say enough positive things about CrossFit New Hampshire! I never thought I'd find a workout program that I'd WANT to stick with! The coaches are amazing and sooooooo knowledgeable! The athletes are inspiring! I love this community and would recommend it to all that are curious what CrossFit is and what it can do for you!
