I was in a fender bender and was not sure where to go so a good friend suggested crossroads collision. I never heard of them before so went to check it out. Wow what a great place the service was amazing!! Vanessa called me to up date me every step of the way!! My car looks amazing like brand new!! I would highly recommend the shop. I will use it every time haha I mean I hope I don’t need to but it I did I would definitely go back. Thank you team great job!!!

Went to this body shop based on the great reviews, PLEASE don't waste your time going here.. I was told my truck would be fixed in 4 days, we are now at 4 weeks for a small dent in the front fender.
Excuse after Excuse, delay after delay.

I picked up my car today. It was detailed not only the auto body but the inside too.

If I could rate this company zero stars I would. DO NOT take your car or truck to this company. Got appraisal for Insurance job, waited 5 months to get it in, and then they took my truck apart and called me and said they would not do the repairs due to new ownership policy. Then they put my truck back together so I could take it somewhere else and there was more damage than when I dropped it off. DO NOT use this company, they are not who they were before, it used to be highest quality around.

I cannot say enough positive things about my experience at Crossroads Collision Center. From the second I drove in I was greeted quickly and kindly and James assessed my vehicle immediately. He was fantastic and let me know that he could not guarantee under 30 days for it to be back to me, but got me in much quicker than he or I both thought. I had my vehicle back within two weeks. Vanessa updated me often to let me know the progress which was so helpful. I am extremely happy with the repairs. My forerunner looks brand new inside and out. I can’t thank you all enough. Fantastic job! I will be a forever customer And will tell friends and family the same. Congratulations on running such a successful and satisfying business. Thank you again. You all ROCK ❤️

Very disappointed with they job the did on my sons car. They could not schedule the date correctly and it moved to get the work done. Then after they quoted it they called me and told me they found more damage proving they improperly quoted the job in the first place. Just before the job was supposed to be finished got a call and they asked if I wanted to spend an extra $260.00 to fix a mirror. Finally when the work was done they told me that there would be a 3.5% credit card charge fee. When I asked them to waive the fee the guy told me that was their policy. When I told him I was going to write this review he said “Really you’re gonna waste your time telling people about this”. I guess that’s what crossroads collision sees as good customer service. And yes it was worth the 5 minutes to write this if I protect one other consumer from this company.

The person I spoke with was not able to help me but he was extremely informative and pointed me in the direction of someone that could. He was kind and took the time to explain "Car Talk" to me. You could tell he was a good guy, not someone out to make money. If my car is ever in an accident, I am definitely bringing it to this place.

A collision repair center that went above and beyond repair service. Office staff, and personnel were professional, open, courteous, and listened to concerns. Other 2 centers I went to in the area, treated you like a number, Crossroads treats you with dignity as a person, would highly recommend Crossroads.Collision Center.
