We love Dave and Busters!!! I always bring my nephews here. I personally wish they did a 18+ night though. Dave and Busters is geared towards adults but there's always so many children there.

It was very loud but overall a fun experience. The first time we visited was in August, we stood at the front for a while, waiting for someone to help and direct us, but no one came. It would be nice to have someone greet you and let you know what to do to get started with games or where to sit if you want to eat first. At least a sign that gives you some sort of direction. We had to call a friend that had been there before to learn that you seat yourself at a table and a waitress will come over and get your order; and that there are kiosks on the gaming floor to load a card for game play. The huge TV screen was cool.

Ordered the manchego chicken... They didn't have it... Went with the "25 day dry aged" ribeye, medium. It had minimal flavor except for the charcoal where it was clearly left to burn over the open flame. I believe it aged longer on the grill than dry aging. My youngest son's bacon burger was great. My wife's Hawaiian chicken sandwich was just alright. The slaw was lacking pineapple as it claimed to contain and the bread was doused in as much Sriracha as it could handle. My other son had the chicken fingers which in any case are a no brainer. All in all the food was not really worth it aside from it being happy hour when select drinks and 22oz draft beers are only$5. The games are fun and all relatively new but believe me you are surely paying them off for the company when you play them. We went on a Wednesday when games are half off which was cool. I don't see us going back any other day of the week because I don't think the games are really worth it.

We came to enjoy our evening with friends for our anniversary. We sat at the bar for 15 minutes to get a drink and relax and not a single bartender looked our way or greeted us. They served everyone around us that came up AFTER we did. After realizing they were purposefully ignoring us for god only knows why we got mad and left. We have no need to come back if that is the kind of service and staff you are hiring!!

Love this D&B. Great service, some games I haven't seen before and an excellent location at the Mall. The kids and I are regulars for a reason.

They increased the price for tokens to play games and then they increased the tokens required to play some games and/or reduced the ticket payout. The prize pool is still the same though.. so it's getting

Our family's latest outing to Dave & Buster's brought mixed emotions. As always, the arcade, especially Mario Kart, delivered excitement and joy, living up to our expectations of fun. However, the dining experience left us somewhat disheartened. For years, the giant pretzel stood as a beloved staple for us, a symbol of our family traditions within the vibrant atmosphere of Dave & Buster's.To our dismay, on this visit, we discovered that the iconic giant pretzel had been replaced with pretzel sticks. Although the taste was still good, the change in presentation and the apparent reduction in size suggested a hint of shrinkflation, diminishing the value of what was once a cherished treat. This alteration, though small, significantly impacted our experience, stripping away a piece of the tradition that had become a hallmark of our visits.Despite this setback, our affection for Dave & Buster's and the entertainment it provides remains. The games continue to be a source of laughter and family bonding. However, the modification of the giant pretzel into pretzel sticks has left a void in our experience, making us nostalgic for the past.We hope that our feedback might prompt a reconsideration of such changes, aiming to preserve the unique dining experiences that complement the fun at Dave & Buster's. After all, it's not just about the games; it's about creating lasting memories, sometimes around something as simple as a giant pretzel.

Love this place so much. I just wish they had mocktails for those who don’t drink. i asked a bartender if I can have a couple drinks without alcohol and he was fine . I’d give the guy 5 stars, he was fast, efficient , and I was happy and it was delicious. On the contrary, when I was going for the 3rd drink ,the other guy was rude /arrogant and said it was not possible when i had 2 drinks already without alcohol. I understand some can’t be made but all I picked can. I know plenty of people that have bartended. And that fact that he still wanted me to get something ?even though he couldn’t not fulfill my request.

I enjoy the arcade alongside the food/sitting area. Very convenient. I was a little disappointed that my bun for my burger got so soggy. And geez...the price for a mixed drink was crazy.I was also a bit disappointed that they only had 2 fighting types games but 8 different race style games. No Mortal Kombat or Killer Instinct or Tekken that I saw. But they also had some cooler newer games and I guess they need to make room for those.
