A friend and co worker referred me to Dave’s Auto. Phyllis is very kind. Everything went well and fair prices. I could tell from my first encounter that these are good people! If you’re looking for a new shop with honest people and fair prices check this one out. I had a state inspection, tires, tie rods and an oil change!

Booked an oil change and inspection a week in advance for thursday morning. They didn't call me until 6 pm. I show up the following day to pick up my car, they didn't even do the oil change. Now I'm sitting here waiting interfering with my work schedule because they didn't do the work that was already requested.

Not sure who was just driving a tow truck from this company on Spafford rd but the person was tailgating and beeping at me. Unsure what the reasoning was but perhaps don't drive erratically when you have a business name as well as phone number on your truck.

I have been at Dave's auto for over 30 years and than some. My hole family goes there .My kids are 50 years old and been going there since they have cars. There the best and very fair and honest.

I've gone to this body shop for years - at least 20! Phyllis and Dave are good, honest, hard working people. They've gotten me in when I was in a crunch even though they were already pretty booked up (drive by their shop, you'll see that they have TONS of customers bringing their cars there- there's a reason for this!) Especially as a woman, it is not always easy trusting body shops because so many try to take advantage and tell us we need things when we really don't. I can rest assured that if Dave's is telling me I need something fixed/replaced, it's the truth!

We were very appreciative that they were able to get us in on such short notice in a crisis situation. However, after that, the treatment we received was unlike anything I had experienced. They were rude, they lied, placed blame on us for a situation that was not our fault and made us feel. We were very happy to finally get the car towed from their lot to go to a different mechanic. Again, very grateful that they took us in when we were in crisis, but are very unhappy with the service after that. I would not recommend.

My family has been going to Dave's for years. They are honest, reliable, and reasonable. They never try and force any repairs on you and always explain what needs to be done and why. They also give you a heads up if something is fine now but may need work down the road. Highly recommend!!

I have to say that I was a little apprehensive about the price and looked into it and they were a little higher than some other places ,but everything was done with quality and professional services and would recommend them to anyone that needs work done on their vehicles. When they're done you don't have to worry about the work that was done.Services: Steering & suspension replacement
