Lydia helped me and my kids out tonight. She was a fantastic representative of your brand. She provided EXCELLENT customer service and customer experience and was very personable. While she was helping my kids out, she was actively helping out and engaging other customers. I'd recommend keeping her happy and around your store as long as you can, employees like that are hard to find these day's. Give her a raise.

i have a bad knee and me and my family got me a knee brace, i asked for it in the car and the box was completely empty. $24.99 for an empty box. i do not recommend this dicks sporting goods, go to the one in concord!

I have never been so happy leaving a retail establishment. Went in for golf balls, and without seeking him out an employee named Nick came over and helped immediately. Scanning different balls and giving me the different deals they had going on. My wonderful experience didn’t end there. For the longest time I’ve had 2 reward accounts and every time I call customer service to merge them I get the runaround. That came to an end when I met Josh at the register. Expressed my frustration and he took it upon himself to go above and beyond to help me. Josh called customer service himself and explained my frustration and merged my account in 5 minutes. Even stayed positive after a snarky comment from a coworker who was simply forced to perform his job since Josh was helping me (a loyal customer). I’m not sure if you have contests winners or raises, but both Josh and Nick are deserving of both. I would employee both these young gentlemen in a heartbeat.

We were looking for a specific item for my son (shin guard stays).; on the website it says it s available on store, but in the store they couldn’t find it, it happened in Salem and in Manchester locations.Finally after a long wait and after asking 3 different employees in Manchester,“ Brandon” was able to help us, he made the online order with a discount and it was delivered directly to our home today!We were satisfied finally by the service and the item we got, but the information about the products availability need to be updated on the website as well. Thank you

Disappointed that they no longer carry firearms and ammunition!Aside from that, the young woman at customer service was very nice, and tried to be helpful. The store was clean, and appeared well stocked. Other clerks were difficult to find... eventually found one young man, who was busy helping someone else. He never even glanced my way. Guess I wasn't meant to spend any money there.

I went in to buy a Carhartt jacket and the girl wouldn’t let me use the fitting room “Sorry I can’t let you in their with those.” So I was forced to try them on infront of everyone I felt uncomfortable and rushed and got the wrong size. I was very offended that I couldn’t just have some privacy to take my time and see how they felt. $120 bucks on a jacket and I can’t even try it on in a fitting room…

I went in to get my child cleats for the upcoming soccer season. it was not very busy and there were 3 workers on their cell phones in the shoe department on their cell phones. I saw a few other customers there and they told me they were waiting 40 minutes for someone to return with their shoes. I waited about 15 minutes, and then I asked one of the employees who was on their cell phones for help to find a size. The person I asked said that they had it and he would look. He disappeared and came back 20 minutes later and started helping another customer, I approached him and asked him if he found the shoes I was looking for and he told me no. Then I asked him if I could order them and he told me that I had to ask someone else because he was now helping someone else, he never came back to tell me they did not have them, I had to find him and ask him. I went to the manager and explained the situation and she rudely told me that she has 5 store rooms out back and that it is impossible to find anything, and that it was this employees first day on the job and to cut him some slack. The customer service at this store is horrible, I would not buy anything from them. I think they should train their staff better in handling customer service. If it was the person's first day, I would hope that someone would properly train him, or be able to explain to the customers so they can be patient. I will never shop there again.

The store looks good and clean. The associates should be more engaging with customers. Also they do not sell half of the things in sore that is stated online that they carry. For example HOKA SHOES. It states that they are in stock in the store I went to the store and you guessed it right they do not have them in the store.

Im not a huge shopper of this store. The prices can be pretty steep compared to the sporting dept of other retail chains. What u will find is countless items that are more so of speciality items that u can't find at those other retail stores. This ankor store at the mall is huge. If this store doesn't have what you're looking for I'd be surprised.
