Everytime I go there they are so accommodating. I made a couple large withdrawals for a used car purchases for my daughters without any warning. Each time they were so nice. Always multiple tellers with a smile. Ty

What an absolutely horrible experience. I went through this credit union to get an auto loan and during the application they asked for the year, make, model, and mileage.They approved me for the amount needed to purchase the car and when I brought in the purchase agreement they told me they couldn’t even give me half what they approved me for. When I asked the assistant manager why they didn’t bother to check the car value before approving me for my loan and having me drive two hours one way he said “well we can’t just pay for a value check for every auto loan” what a load of crock.Avoid at all costs. This bank is a joke and the assistant manager is the most condescending cheap excuse for a human being I’ve ever met.

The worst banking experience I have ever had at the Manchester branch. Gives me an attitude because I don’t want to pay 3 bucks for aCheck. Ask for cash and she just plops it on the counter, no counting out the money. Horrible customer service. Closing my account.

All of the tellers and employees are pretty good, but their phone service is terrible. Don’t bank with them unless you want to be on hold for at least 45 minutes with every single phone call.

I have been a loyal customer of DCU since 2007. Unfortunately, their customer service has gone downhill over the past 15 years to the point of becoming downright unacceptable. These days, for any issue that comes up, you must wait on hold for 1-2 hours to speak to an agent who is obviously new and has no idea how to answer any of your questions. This morning, I waited in a queue for chat for 45 minutes before the chat disconnected, informing me that there is no agent available.

2.5-3 hours to get a hold of DCU...we're not in the middle of pandemic yet I can call other banks and get someone on the phone within few minutes. Don't bother with this bank if you want to be on hold or hope they'll call back. Their follow-up is absolutely unprofessional.

Where do I start? Every time I have an issue, which is certainly more than any other bank I've ever death with, I cannot get hold of someone to help. Today's example: I need to enable third party apps for a loan I am applying for. The chat help is 'too busy' and cannot accept me at this time. So I called the help desk, and it hung up on me... Recently, they upgraded their digital banking website and app. I cannot tell you how many emails they sent out about this, but it was more than 10. Unbelievable.

Mortgages are a disaster with DCU. I attempted to refinance my primary residence with DCU after 7 month's I was told they would not be proceeding with the mortgage. With every question the application would go to the back of the line with underwriting. With every review another delay was caused. Over and over I was asked to produce pay stubs more financials over and over. The appraisal was late but then needed to be rewritten as it took so long to close it wasn't valid. The credit check expired and needed to be rerun multiple times hitting my credit and at no point could I get a straight answer as there's no ownership within the entire organization. I will never do this again and am now in the process of closing all my accounts with DCU after +20 years of being a member. This is how bad the service has become. Upon talking with others in the real estate industry I was told by multiple folks that it's widely known they can't close a lone on time. When considering offers for a recently for sale property I was steered away from anyone preapproved by DCU based on my own experience.

Wife and I are on vacation, the bank knows this already and our card still keeps getting declined even after talking to fraud prevention services. Extremely frustrating. At LEAST call me back instead of me waiting an hour for something YOU guys messed up on.

I made an appointment to update information on my account. The bank was extremely busy so my appointment was a little late, about 15 minutes. No biggie, it’s a Friday. Alice was incredibly kind and apologized for the wait. She got everything done I needed to do quickly and efficiently while also being a super person to work with as a customer. Kudos to this place for having exceptional people like her in the branch.
