Says online to bring your change of address form to the dropbox, but there's no indication whatsoever upon arriving at the building where that is. So waited 35 minutes in line to find out. Ridiculous. Turns out it's in back of the sprawling building.

I wish customer service was part of governmental agencies… The person couldn’t have been less happy to help me. Not a big deal, but as so often happens, I left empty-handed and will need to go back. Despite having made an appointment, they served walk-in people first. Not the end of the world either, just part of the process.

Made an appointment for finger printing and although I can't recall the name of the gentleman that helped me, the impression he left of exceptional customer service is one I've already told multiple people. Never did I think I'd have fun getting finger prints taken until walking into that room.

My daughter came in for a state ID. The representative who helped initially with my daughter was such a sweetheart!!! The representative's name is Josephine and she could tell my daughter was anxious!!! She was so calming and made it a good experience for her. Thank you Josephine!

Had to take another written and road test to renew my license. 40 years old had license since I'm 18 and another test ? ? crazy NH you wild.

Made an appointment ahead of time. In and out in 40 minutes for my license renewal. Everyone was super friendly. If you have everything they have listed ahead of time folks it is quick and painless.

Had a great experience here renewing my license. All the ladies were super helpful and friendly. Had great conversations and laughs with a few of them. Appt was at 8am and only had to wait like a minute once I filled out my application. I know DMV's get a bad rap but that was far from that type of experience I had. Thanks for making it so easy Manchester ?

Was told the wait going to be an hour long after waiting 3 hours they finally took care and got my temp plate? Poorest customer service. This place needs to hire people that can capable to do there job. Unacceptable.

I had a scheduled appointment at the DMV in Manchester and a very arrogant young lady worker, tall long black hair said she couldn’t help me renew my vehicle and transfer plates and sent me back to the town offices. Needless to say my overall experience has been awful as it has taken over 2 hours to renew a vehicle registration and transfer plates.

Shawna is the most racist woman I’ve met ! she was very rude to me cause she didn’t know the process to renew my alien resident drivers license. She almost does not let me get it ! she didn’t even let me to change my picture because it’s only for a year and she usually doesn’t do that. She is not doing me a favor. I’m a paying for the service. When I was paying she looked at my American Express credit card and asked me if my name was on it ? Seriously !! Shame on you woman

I did a walk in just to submit the form for a duplicate title, which should only take just a couple minutes. They said I had to wait in line, so I waited 2 hours, 2 days in a row with out being called up so I left both times. Bad experience

Was there when they opened at 8:00 AM, along with a long line of people. They were well organized, assisting people in a way that kept the lines moving.
