Super easy pick-up experience, I had my car in less than 5 minutes of entering the car rental building! Drop off was super smooth and quick. Lexy Dann helped us check in - she was super friendly and got us checked in and out of the cold quick! Will definitely use enterprise again next time.

Let's be clear the only reason I gave them a 1 is because the staff at Enterprise Manchester NH Airport deserve at 10 but the Enterprise call center should get a negative 5. Our keys got locked in the car(our fault) but that's why we had paid for roadside assistance (waste of money) it took 3 attempts at calling in for them to Acknowledge 1 they forgot to dispatch the first call, 2 they called and dispatched but neglected to tell us their service provider AAA had no one on call in the area before 9 am. So we ended up calling our own locksmith. Thankfully he got there in 20 minutes. We had to pay him out of our pockets after paying for roadside assistance. To make it worse Enterprise who has cancelled our lockout service still charged us an additional 55.00 for the lockout deductible. A service they never provided for us to work with their call center was an absolute nightmare. I would definitely go with another company and pay a bit more then to deal with Enterprise. Please do acknowledge the staff at Enterprise Manchester airport as they were wonderful.

The entire rental experience at Manchester was wonderful from check-in until return. Price was more than competitive. Enterprise offered me several vehicles to choose from in my selected class. The car I selected looked like new, was spotless, full of fuel, and ran like a champ. The return was quick and efficient. Staff was friendly, knowledgeable, and very helpful. I will use Enterprise for all of my future rental needs. Please thank the staff at Manchester for a job very well done.

i picked up car at manchester airport the gentlemen at the counter was awesome and even had a few other people ask if they could help me while I was waiting. The return at Berlin Vermont was just as exceptional service I would highly recommend anyone looking to rent a car in the future to us this company

Slowest enterprise I've been to yet. Lots of waiting. They had 1 employee at the desk, she was struggling, obviously needed help but was doing awesome dealing with the frustration. Had very few cars available. Not impressive or smooth at all at this airport.

I have rented from Enterprise for many years. The quality of the rentals as well as the staff has always been top notch. this rental was a little different. The staff was wonderful, the vehicle, which was a 2022 Chevy Malibu drove like a dream, however, it was not clean on the inside or the out, it had sap from trees all over the vehicle, the vehicle smelled like smoke, and, there was damage in the car such as a slash on the armrest in the middle. The carpet on the passenger side was all tore up. It was stained and had holes in the seat which look to me to be due to again cigarette smoking. We did address these issues when we rented the vehicle which was noted and two of the things that we noticed. After the fact we contacted enterprise about and it was noted on our account so we did not get penalized for somebody else’s prior rental experiences and consequences of. Upon returning the vehicle, we did receive a credit of a day which was appreciated but I will say that for what we paid for the vehicle it should’ve been in pristine condition. It was quite upsetting, but it is what it is. It will not stop me from renting from enterprise again as I said, I have done it for many years and never had an issue. We rented out of the Manchester airport in New Hampshire. This is the second time in less than a year that I have rented from them. They are very friendly, courteous, professional, and attentive.

My wife and I took a vacation to Lake Winnepesaukee, a New Hampshire, and flew into the Manchester, New Hampshire airport. When we arrived at the enterprise counter, we were quickly greeted, paperwork was fast, and we walked out with a nice woman named Cindy, who brought keys to two vehicles. One was an Audi SUV and the other was a BMW convertible. The practical side of us said the SUV would give us more room for our luggage, but we opted for the BMW, and we are so glad we did. It was fun to be at the lake, cruising around the small towns with the top down. When we returned to the airport, it only took a minute to do the drop off. The price was fair and the service was great and the car was perfect!

I had one bad experience with a rude customer service representative but Enterprise went above and beyond to make it right. I always use Enterprise and will continue to do so because of the lengths that they go to make their customers happy and satisfied.

I give it a 1 star.Because the car was way too small for me. I felt like I was in a go kart.And the. I was charged $400 for rentalIf they want more customers. Then. Ditch the $400And provide. Better vehicles.I own a chevy Trax. ( SUV)While it was in shop. I had a small car. I couldn't even move around in.My knees were up in the steering wheel..it was not a fun experienceMy car is still not fixed but I refuse to. Get in another go-cart. And pay $400.I am about to lose my apartment. Because I don't have my rent. Because I'm still out of work. Without a car

I had an excellent experience with the Enterprise staff at the Manchester Regional Airport. I was offered a free upgrade to an SUV when I picked up the car (I declined, but it was still a nice gesture). I chose a Hyundai Sonata to get me to and from work while my car was in the shop.I was disappointed to find the vehicle had a third of a tank of gas when I picked up, and after I left the lot I noticed a small crack in the windshield. I had some mechanical issues with the car's transmission unexpectedly dropping into first gear while I was driving. Fortunately, it didn't begin until towards the end of my rental. It got me from A to B, so I can't really complain.I reported the issues to Cindy and Danielle when I returned the car. They were both concerned about my experience with the car, and apologized for any inconvenience. Although these were things they had no control over, it was refreshing to receive such great compassion. They wanted to "make things right," and offered me a discount on my rental.I know rental cars get beat on, and like anything else there is going to be wear and tear. I did not expect the vehicle to be perfect, nor did I expect the courtesy from Cindy and Danielle in making me feel like my concerns were being heard. They marked the vehicle for their mechanics to check the transmission and circled the crack in the windshield.Cindy and Danielle went above and beyond to ensure I was satisfied with the outcome of my rental. They are certainly great assets to the Enterprise Rental team. I would definitely rent from them again.

Fantastic experience. The employees are very friendly and professional here, and they always provide great service. My most recent car was brand new and super clean - and she actually let me choose between three beautiful cars. Very nice! Thank you! :) Yes, they always do a very nice job here. This is the only place I rent from at the airport (and would rent much more often if it were easier to access using public transportation.)
