Terrible customer service. Was told I couldn't return my items, only to find out from the their customer service that they lied/had no idea what their own return policy was. Wasted my time and money. Will never shop at that store or online with them again....I did however drive down to the Nashua store and they took all my items back, no problem. The employee at the Nashua store was even nice enough to look bewildered on my behalf as to why brand new items with tags attached that were still being sold in the store and online would not be taken back. I would recommend shopping at Pheasant Lane if you can for this store.

Worst customer service experience. The store associate was rude. She offered to help but was furious but decided not to buy as they did not have the right size or material.

Watch out for bait and switch! They put things on their 70% off rack, go to ring you up and ask that you pay full price. If it is on the wrong rack w several others of the same the price should be honored. It is false advertising. Watch out!

Never order online, ordered the medium wash 70’s flares online, got it shipped to me as DARK WASH SKINNY JEANS! Went to the store where a kind representative helped me, she called Customer Service where they said they don’t have it in stock and I wasn’t able to get the jeans I wanted … waste time, waste of money!!

The girls here are Super nice to me when I need help. The ONLY down fall. And I think corporate should change is to a loud ONLINE pick up available at this store.

Great store to go and shop at. Gave 4 stars because I feel like online has more clothes options. Looked like the dressing rooms are open again so that's a bonus ?

The clerk forgot to take the security tags off of my shirt and when I went in to return the shirt because I no longer wanted it (with receipt in hand) the store manager ran up to me as I walked in with the original bag as the alarm went in and insinuated I had stolen the shirt…not professional when it was the store’s mistake. Not everyone is a thief. She also did not apologize for the inconvenience of having to return back to the mall due to their error. Won’t be returning.
