In the 9 months since I've bought a brand new car, Manchester's potholes, construction and road hazards a have wrecked havoc on my tires, but every time I shop around and do my due diligence I end up back at this Firestone.
Every single time they've gone above and beyond for me, helped me out with discounts and prices where they could, and the warranty has been exceptional, service incredibly fast, and no hassle to me at any point. 10/10, recommend every time

Charged me $210 for 6 spark plugs, same plugs are $21 for a 6 pack on Amazon. $162/hr for labor on top of that. Left with a check engine light that wasn't on when the car was dropped off. Didn't even scan it until I asked, just told me it came on. Got me in same day, so an extra star for that. This would be my last resort for future repairs though.

This place is great! Very efficient and low wait times. Stopped here in the middle of a road trip due to a flat tire. They were extremely busy but still managed to fit me in and fixed it in no time! They saved me! Incredible!

Was the worst experience I've ever had with someone doing work on a vehicle. Scheduled an 8am appointment with an afternoon pick up to have the radiator replaced (4-hour job total) called at 2pm, still not in shop to be looked at but was told they will be getting it in soon and be ready before 6pm closing. Called after 5:30pm still not done, will be ready the next morning. Called 8:30am to see how much longer and was asked if they could call back because it's busy in the office at that time. Called after 10:30am and was told waiting on mechanic to come in and finish the work. Called about 12:pm and was told it was finally ready. Picked up my jeep and drove for a few days before I noticed that I was leaking Coolant. Called and scheduled for Saturday 9am appointment. Again, it took all day to get it fixed. final call at 4:pm to tell them that I was just picking up my jeep and leaving work done or not. At no time did the anyone call me either day to say what was going on with my jeep, I had to call them. After I picked it up again, I still notice coolant under my jeep. I will not take my jeep back to have any work done unless I stay.

They accommodate for mistake .took care everything is fine. There good place. They need more help. I ask question help they say another time I can come they don't have time to give me record what done in car till date. Need bathrooms be cleaned disgusting. No. Dispenser for. Sanitizer. Half seating used to have to wait all day as they broke and state no time to shop new chairs. Coffee.table for magazine or brake fluid cleaner to clean leaking oil all under car. Need to come back third time get that done.used to be perfect above beyond . I called yesterday forget estimate for something. No one there to do that. Skeleton crew they said. So I had cat towed elsewhere? Get them help.

Horrible!!!!!!! I asked to have my high beam bulbs replaced seeing I was getting tires so I figured why not have it ready for inspection because they had burnt out. My car model has separate bulbs unfortunately.That didn't happen. They took out my led low beam bulbs when they both were working mind you, replaced them with normal lights and said that one of my led bulbs burnt out. They both worked when the car was dropped off, so how is that!? The manager did refund my money and gave me a free oil change for next time, but I'm never taking my car back. Last time they had lost my key for 2 days, when I called to check on my car I was told it was taken apart and they couldn't figure out the problem. That wasn't the case because they lost the key and never even pulled it in to look at it!

so my truck broke down on Xmas eve eve
.... down in southern mass I got it fixed in time to pick it up before it closed but the the shop said ohh your threads on the front are showing drive carefully ... the whole way home I called every place in Manchester and Hooksett until Andrew agreed to get me in since I had to work the day after Xmas and it was Xmas eve..... it was a small miracle when most places laughed at me for asking for two tires

Being female, they never talk down to me like I don't know my vehicle and I feel like they are always honest. I don't feel like I get charged extra (the female tax) that a lot of places seem to do. Marshall is always matter of fact and honest and I like that. :)
