I think their great for the most part. Each person I've worked with on phone or in person are helpful and respect my issues (severely hard of hearing) and are patient when I need to use captioning. My only issue, is that there aren't any weekend hours, so by my fault, I can run out for a day or 2. Other issues, (not them... but some medications shortages) which have made me go elsewhere temporarily, but I go back when they have in stocks. They handle 10-15 prescriptions for myself and my family and for the most part they make it fairly easy.

These people are horrible. They accuse me of something I didn't even do. I keep asking them what did I do. And they didn't give me an answer. I was trying to get my medicine delivered. The factors of you can't answer my question which means to me that you're a liar. If you can don't deal with these people. They're not very nice people. If you could switch pharmacies. There were getting tough with me over the phone. That's an act of real coward. How come you don't get tough with me in my face.

I think in the 3 months we used this location we had ONE successful pack. Parking was good but that's as far as it got.

I am thoroughly inpressed with Genoa Pharmacy. I take a lot of meds and keeping it all straight and having changes and additional meds needed is a daunting process and they do their jobs well and are always so kind in helping me on the phone or in person. Their customer service skills are exceptional always helping people and doing it all with kindness, honesty while always working effectively and efficiently.! Thank you so very much for everything.

This is a very capable pharmacy ,convenient, well staffed. My wait when there was one was quite short , I have no problem recommending Genoa to my family and friends .Scot Silva

Called because the people in their parking lot regularly park over the sidewalk making it impossible for someone in a wheelchair to get by. This is a regular occurrence from some of the same vehicles. The person who answered, Kristen, said she can't control traffic. No, but a chain or a curb would prevent this.
