I was absolutely dumbfounded at the prices at this store. Used tank tops marked at $14....Used dirty kid clothes marked at $8. Used dirty goods twice or more what they would be brand new. Save your money and shop clearance elsewhere. Goodwill should be ashamed of themselves.

The store had some nice things, but I feel like Goodwill has become greedy. I saw a pair of jeans for $22. Used jeans. Used shoes for $14, when they would be that price brand new. Dirty, used small handbag for $14. These are mostly used items. I don't by any means feel like items should be free or dirt cheap, but for items this organization receives FREE, I think you're overcharging people. Just an opinion. It's not the end all be all.

I couldn't find anything at right range. Items I liked were out of my price range. The layout i find is really weird. The new items are in front and in back are the thrift items. Most of kitchen, craft items and mugs were good prices. The clothes were a mix of low and super high.

Used Dollar Store items priced at $2-$4! Heard employees talking about holding 'good stuff' to buy later 'never having it hit the floors'. Needed price check for 2 items, management didn't bother to see what they were & quoted ridiculous price over radio.

Always friendly people working there. Sometimes I come across something unique. Fun to just wander around and see what's new.

THIS will be the last time I donate anything to Goodwill! The staff is so rude at this location, I'm just in shock that you think its okay for staff to yell at people that are donating item to help out others.. I will drop off at Cory's or Salvation army or put a free sign up on thr side of the road before I ever donate anything to the BADWILL

This store has made noticeable improvements and it's nice to see. The corner of the store that used to be junky kids toys is gone and there are some interesting finds that have replaced it (like a trombone, standing mixer, an old audio tape recorder) Fun stuff that you used to expect to see in a Goodwill but not as of late. They weren't priced overtly cheap but it keeps that section nicely decorated and fun to look at which is the point.I was going to complain about the small mens clothing section but the variety is solid with more the focus on quality and not quantity. So what if women have 50 racks of clothes to choose from and men have 3, it's fine. The staff cares about what they do and it shows in there. Great job guys!

The staff there is so rude. The sup, would not come out twice i requested to talk to them. I wanted to test the steamer, but was told i can't. If it doesn't work i can return it. But thats all she said. Its not a return! You only get credit not your money. I picked up a glass jar. Small one. They where selling for 4.00. Christmas tree label on jar was $ 2.79. She would not budge on price. I left telling them to please remember what this store is about. I heard them laughing at me. People are having a hard time right now and goodwill needs to not abuse the situation. Your store is SO OVERPRICED.. Your donations are free. Help the people in need. This store needs to be investigated. Where does the income go to? What % goes to charity? I am still beside myself for the way i was treated.

They did a great job rearranging the store. However…. Some of the prices are INSANE! Everything is donated. It takes the fun out of going not knowing what you can find for a good deal. The “hand picked” section's pricing was laughable, higher than retail pricing!

The staff here are pretty awesome. Steve was the cashier for my purchase and he was so kind and friendly. I definitely be a regular here if I lived in Manchester.
