I have showed up here three times to try to deposit my coins and their coin machine has been out of order for three days. This is ridiculous. Not to mention. They usually only have one teller. I think it’s time to change credit unions. Maybe I need a big bank instead, fix your coin machine

I belong to another credit union in my state NY! I am in nh visiting family! I stopped at the atm in derry location to just get 20 in 5’s(atm you can pic bills) but it only gave me a 20 bill. I go inside to break it to 5’s and 1’s because I tip at drive through when getting coffee. They told me no because I am not a member (I am out of town) didn’t matter. Even after the problem was there atm in first place! That’s bad business! I have family members with large accounts who bank with them! Won’t be much longer. Over $20

Went in today to open a new checking account, and was reminded why I love GSCU so much. Jon had the new account made, plus a debit card and free checks, and I was out the door in under 15 minutes. Thanks, Jon!

App upgrade to not function on phone it previously worked on. Online web access kept locking me out as (correct) password didn't want. Many voice calls to reset password as online resets never worked even once. Then it repeats to refuse new password. We all have gone threw password resets. I'm no different, but there system was for some reason always refusing the correct password. Probably the same programmer that does the app upgrades. After not having real time access a got some overdrafting fees. 2 I earned, then 3 happened back to back, not earned, no money was given to cover, no overdrafts completed to involve fees, yet was charged over $300 total for overdraft coverage that never was covered. Then several more times of resetting password to Web access, none of Wich ever worked I was done. I can only take so much ass reaming from one company. This is an actual human, my name is David Bowie, address is 4 Healey Rd Candia NH. I'm typing this in Dec 2023. My suggestion, don't open an account here. Run.. if you're still stuck in this credit union. Run while you still can. There's know way anyplace this screwed up can stay in business. It's only a matter of time till they go under. In the past GSCU has been really helpful with assisting me and my needs. However, in the latest series of events and at a time where I have the greatest need they were not helpful at all. My particular situation is unique and apparently a bit too difficult to for their legal teams to comprehend despite me sending them cited case law. After receiving this information, rather than reviewing it appropriately to make an educated decision that would have helped me to address my needs, their legal team recommended denial without giving any consideration to me as a person. At the end of the day, I was forced to walk away from the deal on the table not because it was not financially viable, but because pursuing such an endeavor with the requirements would have put the safety of myself and children at risk. Despite me communicating this and providing the appropriate laws that would mitigate the risks that GSCU was concerned. They elected to deny me based on their attorney recommendations. I was always under the impression that they would attempt to look for me as a person and consider my individual situation when deciding whether or not to help me with a loan. However, this situation has taught me that this is not the case.

I went in to deposit my pay check into my account, and the MANAGER Melissa I believe her name is, ended up depositing it into some random persons account. I understand mistakes happen, but over $1,000 of my money went into someone’s account who I didn’t know. Ended up going back and closing my accounts with them.

The staff are friendly and helpful in answering my questions each time I have visited the Manchester location. Becca enabled me to set up my first account; she was patient. Adam has helped me in two occasions. Both times, he laid out the information clearly and addressed my financial wishes. My accounts have not contained hidden fees yet. The fees are little to none plus they do not require a large balance to avoid small fees.

All around not a good Credit union. Everything is made difficult, and everything has a fee. Also applied for a mortgage a while back, communication was awful. Ended up using a different credit union with a way better rate. 3 weeks after I already moved into the house I got a letter in the mail that I was denied cause I was missing documents (which I had already sent them 2 times).

I have been a member at GSCU for many years and regardless if I'm in person or over the phone, I have never had a bad experience there. I would highly recommend this credit union if you're looking for CU that cares for the people.

Makayla is a GOD SEND and she deserves a promotion. I was not myself, agitated desperate, and drained… She absorbed all the chaotic information, empathized and was SO understanding. She went above and beyond to make us feel heard and found a creative solution that allowed us to pay our rent on time, while awaiting our return from this scam lending company.So yes, I have an AWFUL company financing my auto loan… Global Lending Services, who in the matter of 8 days took $1,500 out of my account for a $550/mo car payment that had ALREADY been successfully made on the 18th. The last time this pull was made being on the 30th, with my rent being due the 1st… After fighting for 4 days with GLS they tell me “it’ll take 10 business days” so we frantically go to the bank hoping they’ll be able to reverse the payment & unfortunately they cannot because it’s been processed. She went and talked to her coworker, and not only came back with a solution for us to have our rent in hand RIGHT THEN, but also took away the 2 $30 overdraft fees for the unauthorized withdrawals.THESE moments that may be minor in an employees life, are pivotal to the customer - Especially in a time so desperate. My husband and I will always remember how effortlessly Makayla made a horrendous situation pain free and we will always be grateful ❤️❤️❤️❤️
