Male worker stocking shelves couldn't be any more rude. Customer service is definitely not in his wheelhouse. I had to ask twice where a certain item was just to get close to where it was located. First time I asked He said down there. Second time he was able to say on the left other side of the wall. No thanks Bubba! I'll find it at another tool store.

Bought a Bauer chop saw for a job I was doing. When I got it it was very underpowered to the extent it seemed as though there was an isssue with the saw its self. I brought it back soon after within the 90 days. The employee “Micheal” was very very rude expressing I could only exchange it for another and if I returned there would be a restock fee of 20% which seemed ridiculous as I was within the 90 days. The saw was very underpowered and I was told so by contractors I know as well to take it back. When I did the return and got the full cost back and rightfully so. Micheal butts in and says “no restock fee??” And when they said no he was “that’s a shame” he was very very rude the entire time and the customer service was the worst I’ve seen. Will not be going back here ever. Harbor freight needs to do something about the customer service of their employees. Micheal in particular. Very unhappy with this experience.

I call this morning asking to see if they have a power cord for the generator I just purchased a couple days ago from there store. I informed him I just left Salem store they didn't have one. I did not want to drive there for nothing so I called askii g if he could check unfortunately who ever I spoke with could not take a couple minutes to check and said to come down. Im an old guy who can barely see asking just one simple favor. No one cares anymore just about themselves. Please in service your staff to make time for people!

It's ok when you need a tool ASAP. Some of the cheap box wrenches are over 1/16 of an inch to big. I got most of my school welding tools and supplies here. The pay membership is a scam unless you buy different tools often. 5 different items per month on sale for members. Should be changed bi-weekly at a minimum. Not worth the savings imo.

Best tool prices in all of New Hampshire! Just have to ignore the homeless men feeding garden houses into their rear end. If you're going to let customers abuse your products then at least take 5% off for us honest citizens!
