Today my daughter purchased her dream vehicle from Ira Toyota. The experience was seamless all thanks to Celine. She was incredibly helpful and informative. She took the time to explain everything to us and got my daughter into her car. If you want someone that is working for you, call and ask for Celine. Also the dealiership atmosphere was extremely upbeat and courteous. Would definitely purchase from them again.

Unfortunately, like other recent commenters, I have received poor customer service from this dealership's maintenance crew. I bought my car in 2022 from this location and have been coming back for oil changes.I came for an oil change this most recent Saturday. The service woman asked if I wanted to also have my inspection done. I said sure. A simple oil change and inspection. That's what I thought...I was going to walk over to the Barnes and Noble and chill there, but the lady said she would come in and get me about possible additional services. So, I decided to stay. That's fine no big deal. I watched some tv and chilled.An hour goes by, and I hear nothing. That's okay I figured it would be around an hour and a half to two-hour job.Another hour goes by...still nothing. I watch other customers go in and out. Ones that have come in after me. That's fine I guess, maybe they had very simple maintenance services.It's now two and a half hours in. I am extremely frustrated that no one has said anything to me. No updates or anything. I decide to text the service lady and asked her if there were any updates and how much longer. She responded pretty fast saying she'd check. About a minute later I get a text from the mechanic with updates on the car. They ask if I want more services done. I recline. There is a pop up that says my services will now start. This left me confused... now start? Have they not been working on my car until now??It's now THREE hours into waiting. I text the service lady asking when they would be done since I reclined the additional services. She responds she's doing paperwork and that I can come out and pay.I go out and I'm trying so hard to keep a smile on my face. She made it really hard. She printed out my bill and I tell her sorry but while I was waiting (for three hours) I found a coupon in my emails; can she take $10 off the bill. She looks at the email for a good minute and says, "Next time show this to us before we print out the bill. If I was someone else, I would most likely not give you the discount, but I'll give it to you."What the heck?? Like I'm sorry I didn't know I had a coupon. I did not appreciate her attitude.To anyone who has read this far, please head my warning: the customer service is lacking, especially if you get this service lady. I will not be going back.

Just recently bought myself my first car from IRA Toyota and the buying experience was 10/10. My sales man was Byron and he was incredibly helpful and friendly. Highly recommend!! Nice people and good prices

My family just had a great experience with the service advisor John Oliver at IRA TOYOTA of Manchester. The water pump for our car Camry was leaking, despite the fact that it was replaced a year ago. As such, he contacted the manager to honor the year long warranty for it. He listened to what we needed and didn't push into anything. Furthermore, he kept us up to date with the progress of repairs. Thank you John for all your great work. It is awesome to know there are such a wonderful person working at IRA Toyota of Manchester.

The service was completed in a timely way, with no wait time to begin.The staff is very courteous and professional.The only negative: To sit in the waiting area in a comfortable chair, I had to listen to constant background music. The television is muted, everyone is quiet, but the music was very annoying.I don't know how the sales and business staff can work and communicate effectively with potential buyers with the music playing

It takes too long for an oil change. I had a set appointment for 7:30 am. My vehicle sat in the lot for over a half hour before they took it in. I had “recommend” services and chose to do one of them. My vehicle came in about 5 minutes of me giving the green light through the email they sent. The advisor I had never once checked on me or to let me know about anything. I had to search them down. My recommended services were never done and I had to wait another hour to get it completed. I wasted over 2 1/2 hours at the dealership and it was “no big deal” to them. Super frustrated that appointments mean nothing and services “bread and butter” is their selling services while you’re there. Toyota of Nashua seemed to do it quicker.

With a new baby on the way, me and my husband needed an upgrade that gave us space and security when on the road. We are over the moon with the help and support we received when walking into the dealership. They worked with us without making us feel pushed into anything, and we left THAT DAY with a perfect match for our new lifestyle.Not to mention, their customer service cannot go unnoticed as they made sure we were comfortable and I was fed! (Clearly pregnant)I can’t recommend this dealership enough!Thank you Ricky, Rommel, and our finance manager.

Saw a 2009 Subaru Forester on Ira Toyota of Manchester's website. The vehicle sounded perfect for my child.I made several attempts to reach the sales department with no answer before someone finally picked up.I inquired about the vehicle. I was assured it was there and was still available for sale.We arrived at the dealership within 40 minutes of the call and was told the vehicle was not for sale it was being sold to a wholesaler. I am not sure why they wouldn't have reconsidered when you had a customer sitting in front of you ready to buy?What really is frustrating was the time, gasoline and money for tolls I wasted. I will not be back!

I just had such a great experience here at IRA TOYOTA of Manchester! The service manager Tyler was EXCEPTIONAL, listening to what I needed and keeping me updated to the progress of repairs on my Hyundai. From now on I will never take my car anywhere else! Thank you Tyler for all your work, it is much appreciated knowing there are STILL honest and upstanding people as yourself sir!

Keep the promises you make for advertising purposes in the discount coupon. Keep your promise to the schedule and duration you set. From the moment the customer enters your service, do not wait 15 minutes without even saying welcome and then say that the oil change can only be completed in 2 hours, although the normal working time is 90 minutes on average. Everyone determines their work according to the specified time when making a schedule. Do not expect customer communication problem by one of advisor to be resolved with a complaint to the services manager. Although I thank the responsible behavior of the service manager, I cannot say that I left satisfied. I never plan to use IRA Toyota Service again.

Your rep was awesome, absolutely no complaints. Your customer service from that standpoint has always been amazing. This was my second attempt to have an oil change in 5 days. The first appointment that I made, I arrived early, and was told that you had five technicians not show up and you were cancelling all appointments going.forward. I was happy to reschedule. I rescheduled for a midweek appointment in mid-afternoon thinking it would not be very busy. I spent 2 hours waiting for an oil change, on a Wednesday afternoon, in the middle of the month. I've always had my vehicle serviced at Toyota but will likely go somewhere else if timelines and scheduling of a maintenance appointments continues to be this difficult.

Better than I thought they would be. The service people were nice. I did choose to wait at the dealer (even though I actually Ubered to my office and worked. They kept me updated with text messages. Got there at 845am, and the car was ready at 2pm. It would have not been great if I was there the whole time waiting. Needed a battery and an alternator, so it wasn’t like I just in for an oil change. I will come back here again.

I was researching Tacoma's online and found one that seems reasonable for what I was looking for. I asked for a quote and Ira came back at 32,900 and change. I agreed to that price and said I'll get financing going on Monday. Monday night I get a notification the truck has gone up $500, so I inquired about this and the salesman said corporate raised the price. Well, tell corporate you lost a sale.
