Thankfully, customers never have to wait for a pump long. However, sometimes the pumps are down for rewards members, requiring a move to another pump. The station includes a drive-thru that is rarely backed up. A note is made that FedEx uses this as a main gas station, so timing visits is advised. The only con mentioned is a wish that the rewards system used a number instead of a card.
