It is crystal clear, after more than 20 years of being a customer of Ken Jones Ski Mart, that what they value most is genuine relationships with their customer(s). I love being out on the mountain enjoying nature, life and getting a good workout in simultaneously. Ken Jones surely makes that experience a little better every time I go, because they cared to help me get the most comfortable and high performance set-up ever. Always happy to make the commute from Boston. Thanks so much for all you do to make customers happy!

Knowledgeable and customer focused. The team helped with boot fitting and new ski bindings for my wife. They advised on budget friendly boots. Also honored past pricing on bindings and mounted them to the skis in minutes. Great experience. Highly recommend!

Give Tyler the world. Protect this man and his vibe at all costs. I am completely new to the sport and was nervous to even step foot into a ski shop due to the snobby reputation the ski world has but Ken Jones is not that at all. From the get go Tyler had the most helpful attitude. He explained every step of the boot fitting, parts of the boots and their function all in a very clear way. I struggle with verbalizing feelings and bodily sensations and Tyler never made me feel like I was crazy but instead understood exactly what I was describing! The boots feel like they were literally made for me. Prices were great. Beautifully laid out store. Will definitely be back for more gear!Thanks Tyler!

I just some time in their store with the most patient, knowledgeable associate. Ryan Hauser was AMAZING. I have always had a difficult time finding boots that work for me and wasn’t expecting much. He exceeded my hopes a million times over.He took time asking me questions and making suggestions based on the info.He was so thorough in helping me I ended up finding the perfect boots and new socks.Go there! Shop and be impressed! You will not be disappointed.I’ll be back to outfit the kids!!

I had the best experience at Ken jones. I came for new boots and Tyler helped me out. I truly could not recommend him enough. He was so knowledgeable, kind, patient, and easy to talk to. I've been skiing on bad boots for 3 years and told him I really wanted to make sure this pair would last me longer. I was there for two hours and he did not rush me at all, even encouraged me to stay as long as I wanted. He taught me so much about boot fitting and technology, and was just as excited as me when I finally picked a pair. I'm recommending all of my friends to come here for their gear!

We have been shopping at other stores in the area for ski gear for my husband, with lackluster results. As soon as we walked into Ken Jones, we received what we've been looking for...personal customer service! Kim and Carla were incredibly helpful in outfitting my husband with new gear to get back in to skiing. Bonus for also helping my young daughter with new helmet and goggles! Kim and Carla made this a great experience, both were knowledgeable and super helpful. We're grateful to have found a ski shop where we can receive such superior service, we'll be back!

Heard good things about this place. Walked in looking to purchase a whole fit up for skis, boots polls, etc. not one person asked me if I needed any help and as I left three people looked at me and then didn’t ask me if I got help and let me walk out the door. Zero communication. It’s too bad I was willing to spend some money today and in the future.

Knowledgeable staff who really want the best for you regardless of the fact it might be a cheaper option! Prices are reasonable and they discount last year models. They spend the time to fit your boots and skis correctly.

Had a great experience here. It was my first time buying skis new and I had a rough idea of what I wanted but needed some direction. Rodney quickly came to assist and not only found exactly what I was looking for (on sale!) but also helped me find a pair of boots when I discovered that my current ski boots were three sizes too big (yikes). The first pair he had me try on were perfect. I was in and out with a new set of skis and boots in ~45 minutes.

You can never go wrong with passionate people about their passionate sports or hobbies! The good people whom I met today and answered my questions were beyond knowledgeable! I wanted to get costs and get some questions answered, and see the store. I will be back to get my skis tuned up, support the ski shop, and maybe get a skateboard in the spring. Once a ski tuner, always a ski tuner. Once a snowmaker, always a snowmaker!
