Really great experience! Jake was helpful. He had to juggle 2 clients but did it well. Went in for a mattress warranty exchange. Our purple 3 had issues. He showed us all different mattress. Let us decide and took care of all paperwork and made it easy. Our purple plus arrives Tuesday.
