From the moment I walked into Mcdowell’s
it was like walking into my family home!!
Everyone of them were so friendly and compassionate and put me right at ease!!
As a senior and it being my first experience having to have my car fixed I knew I was exactly where I needed to be! I highly recommend to anyone that needs bodywork done McDowells is the place to go!!! My car was fixed when they said it would be the turn around time was awesome! I cannot recommend them highly enough!!

Amazing experience with McDowell’s. I brought my truck in last week and they looked at it without an appointment to figure out what parts were needed. They followed up in a timely manner to schedule my appointment, and even gave me a ride back home while my truck was being worked on. Phenomenal customer service and everything went extremely smooth. Highly recommend!

Place is great. I originally went to one of their competitors and the owner threw a fit about me asking questions then refused to work on the car, having me come pick it up, because I had plastic film over the damaged fender. The staff at Mc Dowells were the exact opposite. All staff professional and welcoming. Had no problem getting someone to handle a film reinstall after her fender was replaced. Fought with insurance company about 3rd party supplier fender. Did great work and communicated with rental car company.

Thoroughly satisfied with the quality and responsiveness of their service and repairs. My car's right front fender and headlights had been mangled by a valet, but now it's better than before the accident. McDowell's people are pleasant and competent. They estimated 8 days labor and completed the work on schedule, saving me rental car fees. I highly recommend them. P.s. the family is a relatively new owner of the company.
