I was trying to get a roll of quarters and I was told I could not because I don’t have an account there. I’m looking for a new bank and I was also going to inquire about becoming a member but I definitely won’t be now. Went down the street to citizens bank and they didn’t ask me if I had an account they just happily exchanged my $10 for a roll of quarters and wished me a great day. I opened a checking and savings account at citizens while I was there.

Very friendly staff and no waiting. Also very fast, fastest bank I've been to and I've been to a few but this bank is by far the fastest especially when you're making a withdrawal for a bigger amount than the ATM can offer.

Absolutely trash, poor service, no care of making sure their platforms actually work right, and refuse to work anything but the small window of banking hours so if you work a normal life: you're gonna need to skip out on making money to access your money.... Have had my account which I used for several years be unable to be logged into for THREE MONTHS NOW and they refuse to do anything. Not to mention that every single time I'd go to use my card (for anything outside a gas station) they would freeze it then make verify it... I get protection but the level of things were astoundingly inconvenient and was ultimately more another point of them not caring.UPDATE: after 3 months of nothing despite calling in and speaking to managers constant trying to push the problem up the ladder... After months of waiting and being told "ope nothing we can do..." after months of not being able to access my money as I should be able to... None of that fixed this problem... But 3 days after putting in this 1 star review has my problem finally been resolved... I wish I could give a 0.SECOND UPDATE: the account is back to unaccessible.... To reiterate: Absolute. Trash.

This is the first time I've had a real issue with this bank I got shorted on my deposit I had over 400$ in regular bills and a new banded stack of ones. So over 500$ in total at the least. They printed the slip saying 391$ of a deposit I went right to the door to try to fix it because that's a huge difference I didn't know my exact to dollar like I usually do but know for sure it was more than 500. I was told the money gets counted through a machine twice nothing can be done. I was being nice but I am so mad I feel robbed. A lot of my bills were new and could stick together if they are going to blame a machine. Years ago I had them miscount my money they were off about 100 i had them recount it then because I counted it 3 times before and had a different amount they apologized and fixed it. I get we are all human but now I'm missing close to 200$ and don't think I can trust this bank with my money anymore unless they do something to fix this

I have been a member for decades and would never consider another institution. Service, staff and rates have always been amazing. Questions are always answered on the spot and accurate. Local institution with local values. Keep up the great work as always.

I got my card locked when I tried to take out rent money and they DONT HAVE A 24hr CUSTOMER SERVICE NUMBER. So irritated, my account constantly locks for no reason!

I’ve bean with members first since I was a kid .My grandfather worked for the city and back then you had to be a relative to get an account with them.. I must of bean 5 . Well needless to say I’m still there and have never had a bad experience from the day I got my first account book .

Shouldn't of never moved the ATM no car can make that turn without clipping the other cars .. I feel that the tellers are very slow and there's always a long confusing line... besides that service is very good tellers are very polite and welcoming

Been a member since 1991. They have always been respectful and helpful with everything that I've needed. They've helped me with my mother's account since she is in an assisted living facility. Couldn't ask for better service.
