I stopped in yesterday to see if I could get a same-day inspection on my car. The guy at the counter laughed at me and said “in two days I can” and then continued to tell me no one was going to be able to take me same-day. I got it done two hours later at VIP Tire in Bedford. Unnecessary rudeness doesn’t sell.

I feel bad that I don’t remember the guys’s name that took in my car for me and kept me updated on the phone. He was pleasant to work with. He heard me out about what I wanted for my car and took the steps from there.

Of course I spent more money than I wanted to and more issues with my truck than I knew of. No one likes buying tires or at least I don't. The guys at this location were top notch. Very nice, professional. They walked me through entire process. No pushy sales just knowledge offered. Love my new tires and my truck drives like new again after all work performed. I highly recommend these guys and this location.
