Mobil is a gas station where staff can be very helpful, as shown when an overnight employee assisted a customer who locked keys and a phone in their car. However, during the day, employees are often not friendly or welcoming. Additionally, one of the gas pump screens sometimes doesn't work. Overall, the helpfulness of staff varies, and the station could improve its customer service.

What a doll the overnight girl is- she was so helpful one night I had l locked my keys in my car while pumping gas - my cell phone was in the vehicle as well, which was locked and she was so nice. She let me use the landline at the store, as well as her personal cell phone to reach someone to bring me a spare key.

One of the screens on the gas pump didn't work. And the employees are never very friendly &/or happy to greet people during the day!
