Purchased 16 items online and only received 11 of them. Old Navy’s response…… dispute the charges with your credit card there is nothing we can do for you. That would be theft!!! Terrible service

I don’t give too many reviews. However, this one is going out there… shut out to Gina!I came in to exchange an item. Went to look for the right size and couldn’t find what I was looking for..Gina was walking by and asked if I needed help, then went out back to check for the item I was looking for. They didn’t have it in stock. She brought me up front and had other associate to do the exchange.She and the other staff were extremely nice and professional. I was in disbelief how they provided this exceptional customer service. Retail is a very hard job. Customers can be nasty. You need a lot of patience to do this type of job. Gina and her staff definitely make it easy and pleasant for customers. Thank you!

Nobody needs all these graphic teesAnd id you're not looking for a graphic tee then you're out of luck. The selection is super boring and stale. If you go to Old Navy once every ten years the stuff stays the same.

I am a frequent flyer here because they have inexpensive, comfortable, trendy clothing in larger sizes. Over the holiday weekend I was disappointed to hear they were relocating from one plaza in the outlets to another and they would no longer be carrying the plus sizes. This comes as an incredible let down as they are one of only two places I shop at in the area. That they do not have the mens larger sizes available in store is a bone for another time, but to no longer carry the women's either? Shame on you. Do better.

The little boys section is awful. The last two times I went there to shop for my 9 year old half the racks were empty.
