Overall, it was for a big service, but given I am currently living out of my car, they were flexible with what they were able to do for me, and allowed me to take my car back after they were done and come back again to finish the service.

Have had plenty of experience with Pep Boys. Shout out to Mike, Rob, Carl, Russ, Rich, James, Uriah, Nate, and Blake!!! Mike did my inspection the other day, and had him replace my brakes and sway bar links. Awesome job! Uriah is new to Pep, and he’s a great guy and manager!

The staff here are awesome. Uriah was very transparent, informative, and helpful when it came to what was wrong with my car and options of replacing items. He even walked with me to get the correct wiper blades across the street at autozone and explained why a certain type was needed and what to look out for when replacing them. Would absolutely go back.

While visiting in Manchester NH, I ran into mechanical issues with my Jeep Wrangler. Being a Sunday I had few options for services-I decided to try Pep-boys.. Well lucky for me I was assigned a knowledgeable pleasant mechanic, Carl. He closely assessed my vehicle and helped getting it road ready for my trip back to MA.

don't get your brakes done here! They use ultra cheap parts and they will break in a year! So the cheap calibers failed - one in one year and the other one in 1 1/2 years. I thought I was saving money. When the calibers on the other side failed, I now need to replace that caliber AND yet another set of break shoes for both sides one again. I noticed that the calibers from the dealership are much, much larger. We hardy drive much and yet such garbage reliability - yup, you save money by getting cheap parts, but the customer pays much more in the long haul.
