This is a great Quest diagnostics location!A little hard to find, you have to get in the building through the right entrance but the place does exist and the service we received was really good!Very friendly and super quick!

This location doesn't exist. There is no Quest Diagnostics here. There are nothing but apartments. Do not make an appointment here. No, this empty row of apartment parking is not a business. Waste of time.

First I suggest making an appointment as this takes priority over walk ins. I did everything on my phone. Made the appointment and chose the time I wanted. When I got in I checked in on my phone so didn’t even have to touch the screen everyone else was touching. They called me in right at my appointment time at 7:20 and by 7:30 I was in my car on my way to work. Quick and simple as how it should be.

I am SOOOO tired of this place!!! Just walked out AGAIN as did many others. Arrived for my appointment 10 minutes early, waited another 30 minutes and still nothing.If they are so busy can they have the courtesy of telling other patients they are busy. This has happened numerous times!! I am done with this place!! If I could give them a negative star I would!!!

Made my appt the night before at the Quest website for first thing next morning. I had to check w my insurance company first to see if this lab is In Network for coverage. Manchester was covered in my plan, but not Amherst or Goffstown NH.Not easy to find! A little tricky finding the entrance using Google maps to get me there. I asked a few people and they directed me to a door, take elevator or stairs down to next floor, follow the hall next to fitness room- look for small Quest signs. I allied extra time before my 7:20 am appt to find the place. Not marked outside... hmmmClean tidy well lit waiting roomKiosk to check in using the QR code I got on my email the night before or use confirmation codeThen my drivers license to prove who I amSaw my name ( just first 4 letters) on the waiting list screen on wall. I could see I did not have long to waitGot there early, taken in earlyVery very nice professional phlebotomist No bruising!Easy to talk toI brought my own lab orders from my doc. You can request for your doc to send them. But I had a last minute 11 o'clock the night before- to change the labs for insurance. So glad I brought paper copies for the blood draw.Over and done in 10 minNow this is amazing! I got an email from Quest to register online- I didAnd then that night/ same day/ I got all my results / sent them to my own email / printed them out.Easy to understand with lots of range and definitions explained5 star!!

Went in for a normal blood test. In and out in ~10min, super easy, Barbara was a sweetheart. No issues at all.

I was quite anxious ... it had taken weeks to explain and arrange with my daughters doctor and then days to coordinate getting a bowel movement sample from my daughter who happens to have Down Syndrome and was afraid to use the toilet with a "hat" inside. So we lined the toilet with plastic after emptying it and finally I had my sample to bring to Quest. I didn't have an appointment as I couldn't be sure when my daughter would cooperate so was confused about how to sign in, who to sign in as, etc. A nurse came out and helped explained what would happen next and very soon she ushered me into a room, took my sample, paperwork and daughters ID and it only took 5 minutes and we were done. I am very grateful for the quick help and cooperation I got today at Quest and plan to go back in the future with all my family's lab needs.

For all of my scheduled visits I've always been seen promptly and have had very friendly phlebotomists. I'm seen within minutes of checking in and am out the door in under 10 minutes. Staff have always been nice. Nicole is especially friendly and professional.

Quick, easy, convenient. I made my appointment online, which was a tad confusing however I got it all set. I arrived 10 minutes early and checked in on my phone. My phlebotomist was very nice and conversational. However, there were some people in the lobby having trouble checking in. My advice to customers is, have updates texted to you if you have the capable cellphone. I checked in by clicking a link texted to me and then clicking that I was there. Very easy and I did not have to rely on other technology or anybody else.

I've been going to this location for a few months now and the girls have all been very helpful and great! Even when my appointment was messed up they worked hard to figure it out for me. They have even gone out of their way when one of the tests I needed was not in the system and figured it all out by contacting my doctor and having me back a few days later for the blood draw! I love going here and now schedule all my appointments with them!

One of the most extremely rude, unkind group I’ve ever encountered. I came and they told me I had no labs ordered, so I called my OBGYN and they confirmed it was in the system. A doctors’ office is supposed to be a place for treatment and I was treated like a stray dog and told to get on my way.

Contrary to the old reviews this visit was the polar opposite of what the other reviews for this location describe. Greeted immediately, checked in with the electronic link, and the very friendly staff got to work right away looking up my out of town labs. Within just a few minutes my blood was drawn WELL, and all business was completed in less that 20 minutes. These guys are friendly fast and proficient! You're in for a pleasant surprise!
