Worst pharmacy ever . They won’t use Good RX . The only place that won’t use it and they said they used it and lied to my face when I confronted them about it! Why lie ? Will never go there again . No customer service and rude . They can’t give you any answers why they can’t do something and every other place take it’s ! I’m personally happy Rite Aid are closing !

Prices are way to high so unless theres a sale, no one can afford to shop here. Sale prices are pretty good though. New rewards is useless and seems to be a waste of time. Pharmacy staff not so friendly. I heard Rite aid is going bankrupt not sure if it's true but if so, I get why. Been going here for probably 30 yrs , very sad at how much things have gone downhill.

Once the new building went up, things are safer around the parking lot. I've never had a bad customer service issue here. A+++

If you need a prescription on time do not trust this place to give it to you. When I try to call this pharmacy about my medications they never pick up the phone so I have to go in for them to tell me they do not have it yet/ they didn't send the paperwork back to my Dr for finalizing. I have had to have my Dr correct them on how to send in paperwork for me to get what I need. I've have had to wait a couple months at a time for it to finally work out and for me to get my medications. This is not how a pharmacy should be run.

I was told several times that my prescription or refill had run out, when I had talked to BOTH of my doctors prior and they said I was good for a while on refills. I was put on hold and then hung up on, after I had tried making several phone calls.I hate how this pharmacy is getting all rude and disrespectful as of late, and I really hope to get medication that I need from them soon, but I don't think I will without complications.

I'm honestly in shock at how rude someone the staff are at the pharmacy. I understand this location must be hard to work at, but I had a few questions on a very important medication. She snapped and then gave strange one word answers, this is the second time I have delt with this specific person. I also got asked by male pharmacist "Why do u need this?" "Did they lower or raise his dose?" these are confidential questions. Also make sure you allow 2 weeks for them to process those life saving pills. They won't pick up the phone or give you a clear respons!!

I love going to Rite Aid for all my pharmacy needs and any other items i need including vitamins and snacks. I just recently had my flu and covid shots and they were very caring and awesome

My brother was trying to get his medication from the pharmacy and they were withholding his meds from him due to some kind of problem on their end. They kept blaming everything on our insurance, us, etc. We ended up playing phone tag just for us to come back to the pharmacy to ask them again for it. We then asked for the supervisor, and the pharmacist said "1-800-Rit-Aid". And left the desk and refused us. Which is illegal especially since everything points to the fact the medication is taken care of and ready to go. 10/10 DO NOT recommend this pharmacy. Those people clearly do not care for their patients.

The store always is clean and has what I want and is basically always open they only aren't open when they have Staffing problems occasionally at night and there might go to place every day I would definitely recommend them over other pharmacies for sure!

Very convenient 24 hr store. We needed an antibiotic for my granddaughter and this was wonderful to be able to have it filled in the evening time when all others are closed. Nice store. Only draw back is the homeless and drug users who approach you asking for money.

Can’t say a ton about the Pharmacy, but as for the store itself, all the employee’s are fantastic. Everyone is so nice and willing to help; the Manager is a really cool guy!I came in tonight after work because I was scared to walk home by myself so late at night and needed somewhere safe to wait for my Uber. A very nice security guard said hello to me when I walked in to buy some stuff. It was a longer than usual wait for a ride, and when he saw me waiting alone outside, he came out and began to chat with me! He wanted to know if I was safe and getting a ride home, and kept me company almost the entire time. Such a nice guy; i believe his name is Fred. He came out again when the Uber arrived & made sure I got in safe & sound. Such a great guy!Again, the staff is lovely. Sure there might be some homeless people panhandling in the front sometimes, but the staff can’t really control that so it’s not their fault. And those are people too! It doesn’t hurt to be kind and give someone in need a bottle of water or juice, but that’s a different shpeal for another day.Thanks for being amazing guys! <3 :) And thank you again for looking out for me, Fred!

This is a horrible pharmacy. They hardly ever answer their phones. They promise to call you back with needed information and then never return the call. Most of the staff is rude and nothing is private there. When I voiced my complaints to a staff member his reply was "I don't care." I tried to call customer service and guess what they would not answer their phone either. Minus stars if available.

Sometime after 2 A.M., I went to the pharmacy to fill a prescription. I informed Delphine that I would be using Goodrx coupons. When it came time to pay, I got out my phone to pull up the coupons and she chastised me for not having told her ahead of time that I would be using Goodrx coupons, which is exactly what I *had* done.The screen on the card reader did not show the prescription names, just their total costs, one above the other (let's call them Prescriptions A and B). Employee #2 (with whom I take no issue) told me which prescription she believed each to be, based upon the totals. She then told me that Prescription A was already ringing up at the Goodrx price, but that I needed to show a coupon for Prescription B, which I then did. She brought the info to Delphine, to adjust the pricing.When it was rung up again, Prescription A was even cheaper than before, but Prescription B stayed the same price. It was immediately apparent that Employee #2 had given me the wrong info, and that she should have asked for the other coupon. People make mistakes; no harm, no foul.Delphine then said that she wasn't going to adjust the price again- that she didn't have the time. This was despite the fact that the 1st error was hers, by not remembering that I intended to use coupons. Also despite the fact that the 2nd error was her co-worker's, by requesting the wrong information. I calmly pointed this out and asked her to please make the necessary adjustment, but she refused, again saying she didn't have the time. By now, there was *one* other customer in line (at 2 A.M.), and I said I would be more than happy to let him go ahead of me, and sort everything out after he was helped. Delphine still refused.I have 15+ years in customer service, and this behavior is unlike anything I have seen during that time. I'll be following up with corporate.
