I recommend this strictly on the staff, a bunch of hardworking, really nice people. They are always pleasant and helpful, no matter how busy it is, and it's busy there pretty much all of the time now. It's also a very clean, neat, well-organized store.

Echoing what has been said prior. I never leave reviews, but things at this location have prompted me to. This pharmacy used to be good, Im not sure what changed, nor is that my job to figure out. Biggest gripe is the customer service. The phones will ring and then kick you back to the main menu. Seemingly anytime I call. I've noticed long slow lines in the store, with this poor woman scurrying back and forth between two registers. Really needs some shoring up, Ill be looking for a better run pharmacy.

I hate leaving negative reviews, but they are clearly one of the stores closing. I recommend changing pharmacies if this is the one you use

I’ve been going to this Rite Aid for the last year or so and they have been great up until a few months ago. Every time I call it just rings and rings until it tosses me back into the main menu. I’m constantly having to call because my medication won’t get filled if I don’t.I only get one med from here and need to use GoodRX, but they always run it through my insurance when I have asked them not to several times. So when I go and get the medication, it’s trying to charge me $180+ and I get to wait around for 20-30 minutes for them to change it and re-run it.Even though my doctor has my prescriptions dated and scheduled, they won’t fill it until I’m on the phone with them and ask them to fill it. That issue combined with the fact that no one answers the phone means I’m going days without my medication because I can’t get in contact with anyone there.The people there are (mostly) nice enough, but the lack of response and support is awful.

Pharmacy is awful continuously says they will order a medication only to never actually order it causing patients to go days without. The staff need to work on their communication between each other and the different shifts and the pharmacists need more training to learn how to run a pharmacy and how to actually help patients. Nothing but ignorance and negligence.

Was there Saturday. Was told if I want my purchase bagged, I'd have to pay 10 cents per bag! Seriously? I asked the cashier if she was kidding. She wasn't! 10 cents for a bag??? Is Rite Aid that desperate for money? I'm still in disbelief!

I have been going to this Rite Aid for years. The past few months I have had nothing but trouble with them. It is like they are lazy & don’t want to do their job along with terrible customer service skills. They have very long waits to have your meds to be filled. Sometimes hours. They do not fill medications when the insurance won’t pay for it because it needs a prior authorization. They have not been notifying doctors concerning this. If a med can not be filled for any reason at all they have always filled it anyways, giving you the cash price with their discount cost. Instead they don’t & when my mother goes to pick it up, they tell her that the insurance won’t fill it at 6pm when they have had it since the previous days. She tells them I need it. They say I don’t know. So I call them & ask them why you haven’t filled it with the discount price so I can make the decision if I am going to pay for it or wait for insurance. They immediately check for me and tell me the price and I have to tell them to fill it. It is a prescription they know I have been taking for years & know I can’t go without. They know me well there. So they play d*** with my mom & we’re just lazy on the phone with me. I am changing pharmacies. I am going to travel further to get my meds. That is how bad this pharmacy has gotten. I wouldn’t recommend them to anyone at all. Very bad business with no customer skills at all.
