The second you guys priced video games up last week (300 dollar nintendo entertainment system) made me give up my business to you guys. Been going for 5 years. Won’t be back

Y'all are seriously wild. You charge more than the Nike app for crusty, old shorts. Call it spenders already.

Found a VERY gently used book that retails new for $165 for $4.99 and a pristine ceramic ginger/garlic grater for $2.99.

Have been going to this location for years and have mostly had good luck and good experiences.I recently visited and found two pairs of the exact same pants (same size, brand, style, and condition) one was black, the other navy blue. When going to purchase these, I noticed the black pair was marked 9.29 and the navy blue pair was marked 10.79. I asked why the difference in price, and once the manager came over and looked at both pants, he said " the price tag on the black pair had been switched (although it was still attached to the pants and clearly had not been messed with)", the manager then removed the price tag on the black pair and said they were both now 10.79 each. Not only were they two difference prices, but now the manager took off the lower price tag to charge more?I was totally confused at this point, I was ready to make the purchase of both pairs of pants had they both been the lower of the two prices, which is what should've been done, but instead for a difference of $1.50 they lost the sale.To top it all off, they get donated these items, so anything they make in money is pure profit. Seems a bit ridiculous to lose a 20.00 sale over 1.50.

I used to love making the trip up there to shop, but after yesterday I will never be back. My uncle and my mom went for the first time yesterday, and while shopping my uncle was approached by a worker and accused of stealing. The worker asked what was under his shirt… it was his colostomy bag. He was VERY embarrassed and upset the rest of the day. If you have a theft problem; that’s a you problem. Don’t try to pin it on an ELDERLY MAN with a DISABILITY. You should be ashamed of yourselves.

Overall i find savers really helpful to thrift items. Its really convientent. In the past, i have found useful games at low cost. This past week, i did find a sweater and shorts for 20 total. It was bit overpriced; but I really needed it for a trip. I didn't find all items over priced; but some prices feel similar to marshalls.

Picked up a flat screen TV today and it's broken and they don't do returns on electronics so I'm very displeased and will no longer be doing any business with savers what a rip off stuff should be pre-tested or be able to be returned

Not what it used to be. This store is trash. Better selection than goodwill but they got rid of the fitting rooms and returns are very strict. Oh and there's a security guard there some nights cause it's manch. That tells you how bad it is. And prices are way up for less value.

This place has become garbage. The prices are WAY too high for the junk that they're selling. DVDs for 3.99? You're joking. I've also seen them put a price on old spaghetti jars too. The clothes are way overpriced as well. No garment should be more than $10, MAYBE a coat. I'm regularly seeing prices that I would see at TJ Maxx and I can actually get new merchandise that isn't picked over. I consistently donate good clothes and items and never see them again. I hope some customer is buying them instead of whoever in the back going thru and keeping stuff before it goes out

Vinyl Records are being picked through prior to being put out for retail . I used to find Rock Records here on a fairly consistent basis up until about 8 months ago . I visit this store almost daily as I live about a 2 minute walking distance away as I'm well aware to as of how the media department works , when the media cart comes out and I talk to the employee in charge on an almost daily basis . I can visually see records getting donated as they often sit in the loading dock area for up to a week before getting sorted through as well as all the various other forms of media such as CD's , DVD's Etc. On many occasions in the past 5+ months I've seen crates of Records that have obvious Rock records present that I've seen first hand . To put it Bluntly these records that I'm seeing are not making it to the retail shelves , so that means they're either being picked through by employees or " something else " is happening . The only very few rock records that make it to retail are generally trashed as the good records are being picked prior . Like I mentioned on average , I'd find viable records here at almost a weekly basis and at times would go home with over 20 of them a year ago . Over the past 4 months for example I may of found 6 and it's not because I missed the opportunity as I know when the records come out . I also talk to the media employee if he's seen certain records that were in the loading dock area and he never see's them .
