“Been to 3 storage places and this is by far the best! Demi and the other woman who work here are the best! They want to make sure you come here and it's safe and your things are safe too. Ultra helpful and has a feel like family is taking care of you. Place is clean and units are well kept! Just don't like how after 6 months your rates go up but they try to work with you. Prime storage is the worst! They have bums living in the unit drug deals going on and constantly being broken into and robbedCameras never work. And staff is awful. Will let you die just to be able to auction your things. I fell asleep and they thought I overdosed. The heffer working waited 20mins to call for help and only did so when I woke up. Called my ex and refused to give me my dog back who is a service dog and when first responders came they even said I looked fine and to give me my dog. All over me making a comment the day before about her attitude. Stay away. They still try to charge me and the property owner is vendictive. I'm not allowed anyplace and has people following me. It's bad. I Diddnt do a thing wrong but funny how no issues here at the new place.”

The fact that he went out of his way to call me says a lot about him and the Company. Therefore, the review goes from two stars to 4.”

But the staff here was very nice and helped me out so I didn't get stuck paying the extra money. The return was quick and they were very friendly.”
