The water was shutoff everyday for weeks last Summer with absolutely no notice. It was shut off today, 6/7/2023, when it was supposed to be shut off yesterday. Other examples exist as well. The PM for my building is an incompetent megalomaniac, who thinks the residents of this building work for Sentry. She is the nastiest, most unprofessional person I've ever dealt with as a customer of a business. I've seen better interpersonal and customer service skills exhibited by police officers and cashiers at fast food restaurants.

We've had our industrial condo association managed by Sentry for about 6 years. They have done an excellent job at a very reasonable cost. Very detailed monthly statements, and very responsive to any issues. They really take a personal interest in our property. HIGHLY recommend them.

This company leaves a lot to be desired in my opinion. I have lived at my present address for 10 years and I mostly try not to make any complaints because both board members are my neighbors. It is difficult to make complaints against any board member because they do not really want to address it with them and they offer little in resolution when there is a problem. I was sent a bill for trash around a bush without ever being given a warning first. The rules say first offense $25 fine after being given a notice, 2nd offense $50 fine. I got not notification of the offense, and they charged me $50 for the offense! I was a bit upset about that so I proceeded to take photos of the trash they had around the back of their unit and the bleep hit the fan and they've made my life miserable since. The previous property manager at the company sent me a nasty personal email, saying I was an old hag and should get a life and stop complaining! When you say these people are rude, you're being polite. There absolutely nasty and I'd fire them if I was on the board.
