The manager Kylee made it extremely easy and quick to open a new account. She answered all my questions and offered understanding and reassurance to my concerns. I am so looking forward to banking with this company.

Never again will I be returning to this bank! About 2 weeks ago, I decided to go into my mobile app to check and see if my paycheck had came in. I was told that my account had been locked and that I would need to speak to a teller. I tried calling several times but the wait was just too long so I had them give me a call back only to find out that they could not resolve my issue and told me I'd need to wait another week for them to send me a new card all while having ZERO access to any of my money. How do they expect people who pay bills and provide for themselves to live like that? I called every single day multiple times a day speaking to many different people in hopes that they could give mean alternative or atleast speed up the process. One lady then told me I could come in to the nearest branch and simply just withdraw money from the ATM. I immediately went to my local bank to try that and my card got RETAINED!!! I then went into the bank asking if the lady at the front desk could unlock the machine to return my card. I was then told that they were unable to do that due to suspicious activities in my account from various different states. Someone had hacked into my account and was trying to deposit a fake check into my account. Needless to say, I had no idea this was happening to my account and had no clue how or when it happened. They must think I can time travel or something cause there is no way I made it across 7 states within the span of ONE day. I end up just going home in hopes that my card will arrive quickly. I continue to call each day until one day I'm told that there is nothing they can do and that I wouldn't ever be able to reopen an account at st mary's again because "they were concerned about the safety of their bank." Like are you kidding me? So now i'm going on week 3 of not being able to withdraw anything from my checking or savings nor can I receive any of my paychecks. I would list off names of all the employees I spoke to but there is just too many who are flat out stupid and can't do their job properly. Beyond terrible customer service. I will not be returning!

I cant find a way to make my car payment !!!Never had this kind of headache with other banks !!!Please fix this issue !!!

I have never had as much trouble making my car payment as I do having my loan here. Every month is something. I can’t get into the lobby the drive up is open at odd hours. Last Friday I went to 4 locations trying to pay my car payment. Called and DID NOT get a call back, called 4 times. It’s taken me 4 days to finally reach someone to pay THEN I had to pay a 10$ convince fee to pay over the phone. At this point I said heck with it and paid it. I do not think it’s fair since none of the locations are open in ANY surrounding town. I am beyond great full for Sue whom I talked to today. She was very kind and helped me make my payment then gave me the number to reach her to help set up online banking to pay. If it wasn’t for her I would be looking into refinancing to have any bank better than this one. Sue needs a raise and a paid vacation and a second headset. She goes above and beyond for clients. Thank the lord for Sue!

So I rushed all the way from the middle of Manchester to deposit money into my vehicle payment and I get there 10 minutes before close and they have a “temporary closed sorry for any inconvenience” 10 minutes before they CLOSE they closed this is unacceptable to the fullest extent and I will be making a complaint. I rushed here like a chicken with its head cut of I will be switching to a different bank that actually works the hours it states.

I really do not recommend St Mary's Bank because they lied to us and close our accounts without telling us. this is so frustrating that now we have to redo everything online because of their screw up. my gram almost had a heart attack when they told her that they closed our accounts and now she's distressed and upset because of their stupidity!

Today I went in and used the ATM to withdraw some cash before going to the tellers. I accidentally left my card in the ATM and a very nice lady came in and turned it in. I immediately looked in my purse and realized it was my card, told them the name on the card, and they refused to give it back to me. The only explanation they gave was that "it's a bank rule" because it was not a St Mary's Bank card. One of them questioned me as if it was not my card even though I provided the details, and gave me attitude when I inquired about why she would not hand me back MY CARD. I still do not understand why they couldn't give it back, and now I have to go through a whole process of getting a new one from my employer. If this is seriously a rule, they should have explained exactly why they could not return my property to me even though I could prove it belonged to me. The whole experience was very unprofessional and I will not return to this branch.
