Horrible experience! Customer service at the business-printing station told me to cancel my order and go somewhere! When I asked for a manager she said I'm the only one in here.

Placed and paid an order online for a product that they can't make because their ongoing equipment issues that they new for months but they still have the product available online...
They refused to transfer the order to the Bedford nh staples "where the equipment is functional" and they person from the business center said:
It takes 2 seconds for me cancel your order but I'm just too busy to do it now so you'll have to wait and hang up the phone. People at this location are out of control with no manager on the floor.
Corporate please get a handle on this situation!

Very poor pickup experience. No one was there and the pickup station was not visible from either the entrance or the count6er where the employee who was covering was located.

Found the product i was looking for online but the price I was charged in store was more than the online price!! The explanation I got? That the way it is for everything in the store and you just have to ask for a price match. Price match their own store??? This is normal??? How many people have been over charged without knowing it??? I didn’t catch it in the store because I had to lift the filing cabinet out of the cart myself so he could scan it & my receipt was emailed…. Seems pretty sneaky to me and guess my business will be taken elsewhere.

I've used Staples in Manchester for all my printing needs over the past 15 years. I've never had a problem until Saturday—awful service at the print shop. The woman was argumentative with me, unclear about what she was asking me, and annoyed that I didn't know what to tell her. She continued to offer something but then said they don't do that. Then she tried to wrestle my binder/PDFs out of my hands!!! She complained that I had too many photos to print (multiple times) and that my PDF pages must be counted before I place my order. I didn't prepare for that, as I've never had to. Always, I have brought print jobs that needed many hundreds of pages and photos copied. I've always handed the job to them; they take my name and account info and review what I need. Simple. This is the worst experience I have ever had at Staples OR ANY OTHER STORE. EVER. The worst part of this nightmare was the "customer service" person is the General Manager. I just called to ask about the status of my order. The poor guy who tried to help said, "They wouldn't tell me as they are too busy. 'Take a number'."

Awful customer service with the print shop. They literally never like to help with anything and always refer you to the self service area. I’ve been here multiple times and it’s the same way no matter the employee. The state I came from would gladly print a piece of legal paper with a smile on their face. Do better please.

Renee at the counter for Amazon returns and print pickup is useless. There were 4 people in line waiting for her to finish reorganizing the bins. She literally moved all packages from one bin to another, for no reason. The lady behind me said she came here earlier and she did the same thing. When it was finally my turn I told her I had to pick up an order for printing and she just stood there looking at me. I asked her what information she needed from me since she didn't seem like she wanted to be bothered doing her job.

They have what we need in a lower priced store brand.
Note: Store brands are usually in a less obvious location, whereas brand names are easily visible.

Super disappointed. I've used their Amazon return service a few times with no issues. On this visit the person behind the counter made me wait a long time even though there was no one else there. I kind of thought it was on purpose but I didn't say anything. She finally came over and processed my return. It was a $20 necklace. I got my receipt and left. Well, the receipt is long gone and I get notified today the necklace was never received by Amazon. Since I stupidily tossed the receipt I have no record of the return but I KNOW I RETURNED IT. Maybe it got lost somehow. Regardless, I'm going back to doing them at the kiosk at Whole Foods.

Ollie at Staples in Manchester has been the most helpful employee I've had the pleasure of doing business with in a long time! He is very good at his job friendly and efficient! My go to print shop!! Thank you for making my projects that much easier!

Ollie in printing was AMAZING. So personable and easy to talk to. He was very helpful while I was trying to print my wedding invites on velum paper that was very tricky. He kept trying and made sure we figured it all out. I am a teacher and he even set me up with the school give back program AND gave me some credits to use in the store! I would 100% go back for him to help me again. Thank you Ollie!

I called the copycenter asking g for info as I had a 2'x3' poster I wanted printed for my mom's 100th bday party. Ollie (the print center mgr) answered the phone. He answered all my questions s and was very professional and personable. I told him the deadline I was under, etc. And he informed me as to what I needed to do for them to get the job done.When I got to the store a couple of days later, he remembered my story. He checked the .pdf file I gave him on a thumb drive and answered all my questions. He told me he'd have it ready by the next day.Low & behold, a few hours later, I got a call that my poster was ready. I rushed to the store to pick it up and was dumbfounded how beautiful it was. The quality was amazing. I was so happy with the resul that I started crying.Great service and great results!
