So this is for the manchester only.
I do love their beds. And that's about. The only thing I love about this place. Concord, when I go is great. At least the girls there have a personality.
2 times ago I come to manchester, the heavier "manager" there wanted to not allow me to tan because I have no idea what address was connected to my profile. I used to work here years ago and I have been tanning here for years and there's like 5 different address I've been at since I started tanning here. Even though when I re upped my plan, I gave her my ID with my current address. So I thought it would have been under that one. It was not, so, even though I never ever been asked my address when I come in, we only hand over ID, she didn't want me to tan. I tokd her I never been asked that, I have my picture ID the date of birth matches, I didn't understand the issue. She told me all the girls should be asking and if she couldn't verify me, blah blah blah. I was pissed that I pay almost 90 a month and suddenly was given attitude and this girl was gonna tell me I could use what I pay for.
So I had concord update my address so the girl didn't treat me like that again. Concord told me she should not have ever done that, the ID is good enough.
I come to manchester again, now suddenly the bed I pay 90 a month for, I have to use for half time because of a bulb change????? Since when? Never ever has that been a thing! If it's a new policy, maybe tell the customers in advance, "hey just wanted to let you know, etc"
The manchester girls all look like they hate being here, never a hi or bye, just basic white girl attitude and look like they hate you if they need to step out of the side office or get off the phone to assign a bed. I hate coming here for it. Concord, the girls are always waiting at the counter to say hi, and at least don't look miserable.
I've been tanning here forever, I shouldn't have to go to 5 minutes from full time for a bulb change. I signed papers saying a burn is my own fault, so let me tan full time.

I have been going to STC since September & I absolutely love it here! Since day one walking in everyone has been so welcoming! I never have to wait for a tanning bed, they always have one available. I do notice that the instant beds have a high demand & I have had to wait for that bed but that’s it & it wasn’t a long wait. The atmosphere is very pleasant as everyone is super friendly. If you have any questions they’re always able to answer them. This is my 12-20 minutes of relaxing time & I never miss my tanning days if I can help it! They recently always changed the hours during summer so instead of closing at 8, they now close at 9! Weekend hours are different tho so be sure to check! Thank you Sun Tan City for my awesome experience here & of course thanks for making my tan so bronzed & gorgeous! & btw I’ve seen some ppl that spray tan & they don’t come out looking orange either! But I will say, idk what some women be doin tho cuz they’re looking orange not tan?! ??♀️ THANK YOU ALL AT THE MANCHESTER SUN TAN CITY LOCATION! ? ?

most of the staff are great. Whoever the girl is that claims to be a "manager" is rude - Megan might be her name i dont no because I honestly dont care, shes disrespectful and walking around outside 5 minutes before close with her purse on then comes running in saying everything's shut down when there VERY FRIENDLY EMPLOYEE MATT was checking if it was already closed down.. DONT close at 8 and tell people they cant do a 5 min spray tan at 7:50. And more importantly if you're stopping clients at 7:50 so you can leave at 8, dont come outside at 8 and chit chat with your friends, stay inside and close so you can leave considering you just turned a client away. also the same girl who will put her friends in line ahead of you when you walk in before her friend. every place has one bad apple unfortunately. Ill take my business elsewhere before I ever have to deal with that front desk person ever again.

The new staff members are all super helpful, friendly, and informative. I’ve been going there for years and this is the best team they’ve had, they actually seem to care! The gentleman who seems to be the manager does seem to be a bit disgruntled most of the time though. The new instant bed is awesome!
