Hours: Sweeney Post #2, American Legion is a gathering place for veterans and the community. This building serves as a meeting point for the American Legion, VFW, and DAV. The function hall can be rented by members and non-members by contacting Maryann. On Friday nights, the post features a classic rock band with ample space for dancing and enjoying the atmosphere. The bar is open during business hours, offering 10 beers on tap, over 40 beers in the cooler, and more than 90 different liquors. The post welcomes members and guests, and those interested in becoming members can speak to the bartenders, officers, or members. Sweeney Post #2 helps veterans and their families, with a large, well-lit hall hosting various activities. The breakfast menu is highly praised, and the overall experience is described as one of the best American Legion posts.
