I had them order the same phone that I already had bc I had cracked my screen. They ordered the wrong phone. I was leaving for vacation for 2 weeks and when I got back I brought the phone I didn't ask for back to the store. They refused to take it back even though it was their mistake bc it was over 2 weeks. Customer service said there is a way they can still take it back but they refused to. Unbelievable

I drove an hour out of my way because I needed to get a screen protector. One of the people working here flat out denied it. I pay a lot monthly to T Mobile to be able to walk into any T Mobile store and get a screen protector and this man gaslit me and said it’s not on my account. I immediately called T Mobile and they said it is definitely in the system. Went to another T Mobile and they did it for me in 10 minutes flat. I’m never coming here again.

The sales person by passed the password login and had to go back to the store and have everything deleted in my new phone.

I came into this store after being given the runaround at the other T-Mobile store in the mall. Scott M was immediately helpful and solved all of the issues I came in with. He went above and beyond to make sure I left with a resolution and happy with the solutions. I couldn’t have been more pleased. I will never go to another T-Mobile store in Manchester again. Thank you Scott!!

Wow. I bought a new phone through t-mobile online and it is defective. I stopped by the store to get it fixed or exchange for a working one. They told me I had to pay $5 for a warranty fee and a restocking fee. All for a defective device. Not a chance am I paying fees to get a just replacement. Not to mention the 1/2 hr wait.

Absolutely the best service I have ever had in all the years I've had a mobile phone. Janeane and I hope I'm spelling it correctly is the best sales person in the world. She goes above and beyond to help her customers. I will continue the go back there just because of her. She is just a fantastic human being. I could go on and on. She's just awesome. 1 yr of photos lost because the tech used wrong cloud to back up data before conducting factory reset. Manager Carlos at So. Willow, Manchester store said they have no control over how I store my photos clearly not understanding the reset process and/or not caring. TMobile cell service great, customer service at this location isn't. Don't bother going in.

Have had problems with T-Mobile for years dealing with customer service on the in phone app. Finally went to the store and got all of my problems solved. They are awesome ?

Everyone in the store goes above and beyond. Carlos was especially attentive and professional. Just a nice guy. You can never go wrong in a T Mobile store. Their the best.

Honestly. The most pathetic excuse for a store. Have sent many people their way and the employees are nothing but complete clowns. I couldn’t imagine wearing the T-Mobile, T, on my, EMPLOYEE shirt and act like this is my company. It is disgusting how those employees treat customers. It is complete mockery of what the company stands for. You should all just quit and find a new career path if that is just a job to you. AND IF YOURE UNDERSTAFFED PAY PEOPLE MORE MONEY. We all know managers get a bonus each month for what they do not spend out of their budget. Don’t be greedy and watch how much MORE money you can make from actually hitting your targets and not just playing the, I need to get paid now, game. A whole crew of complete BUMS! ?
