Td bank is the real most convenient bank in America, especially this location. The staff is super nice, nicer than my mother in law.If people give one star maybe they are "Karen"

"New ATM" is always out of service!? Out of the last 10 times I went here only was able to get cash 3 times . One time the ATM even held me hostage for over 5 minutes while it counted money repeatedly. Then spat out my card and said put of order !? New machines should be an upgrade now when I see an old ATM I feel relieved that I will be able to get what I need reliably. This would be ⭐ but the staff inside are helpful this is really a review to the poor choice of after hours service..

So I’ve been banking with TD since 2005. They offer basic checking and savings account services. Great mobile banking software. Never had an issue but they aren’t competitive with auto or home finance. Today I learn they froze funds for members of the truckers convoy in Canada. I will be closing my sizable accounts and moving to a more local banking institution in the coming days. What’s to stop them from freezing my donations to a cause they deem “not in line with their values” in the future? I want my bank to stay out my politics and process my perfectly legal transactions

Worse bank I ever been with. Cause of them my rent is late and I have to pay $50 late fee. When they got the money on the 1st and they finally deposit it in my account in the 7th. Thanks guys for doing your job :) not really.

This bank doesn't even deserve one star. I used to cash my check here every Saturday morning without being asked if I had an account there, or ever being charged for doing so. Today I tried to cash a TD Bank check from another branch and I was told that since I didn't have an account here, the teller wanted to charge me $10 to cash THEIR own check. I guess Forest Gump was right when he said, "stupid is as stupid does."

Convenient location however, on my most recent visit the teller was extremely rude. The employees park in and block the exit lane which forces you to either go through a drive through teller lane or the atm lane which is very inconvenient if all three have customers. When I brought this up I was (very rudely told) it's td bank property and they park there.

I performed a wedding yesterday, and was paid with a check. I went to TD Bank where the check was from. I do not have an account at this bank, and I never will. I needed to show two forms of identification before the woman cash my check. When I receive my money I counted it and I was short seven dollars. I asked where the rest of my money was, and the teller told me that it was a service charge because I didn't have an account at that bank. Seriously?! The check was from your bank! Legalize thievery! And why the heck wasn't I told before I cash that check that they were stealing seven dollars from me? I will post this on Twitter, Facebook, and everywhere I can to let everybody know what a thieving bank this is!

My branch is very friendly and accommodating. I have only had the account a couple months, but I have not had any problems. I would suggest that the bank create some additional alerts, i.e. deposit alerts, unusual activity alerts, etc. Other than that I am happy.
