The Paper Store in Manchester is awesome! I called and spoke to Riley, she went above and beyond helping me put a gift together for my daughter. I live in AZ, so i needed a bit of help creating a lovely memory for my daughter that lives in NH. When I explained what I needed, Riley got everything together, packaged it in the perfect gift bag, and had it ready for pick up. I could not have done this without the kind customer service she provided. I'll surely visit the store when visiting for more fantastic gifts!

This store is beautiful! Huge upgrade from when it was just the Hallmark store and was basically just greeting cards. They have everything you could think if there. Exceeded all of my expectations.

I had my first appointment at the medical skin clinic with Heather today. She did lip filler for me and it looks great, although I’m still swollen. She knew a lot about the different types of fillers and promotions and I felt comfortable with her. Very happy with my results so far!

1st time shopper, nice employees and customers! Large variety of eclectic items to choose from. Prices are reasonable. Ample parking. Wheelchair accesable, but the aisles are tight.

This is usually one of my favorite stores. I went in today to grab wrapping paper a few Stanley cups for my kids for Christmas. As I was shopping a sales associate came up to my cart and grabbed only the Stanley cups out of my cart and said very condescendingly “we’ll just hold these up front, what is your name?”It felt very accusatory and uncomfortable. I probably will avoid this store in the future.

Such exceptional, genuine customer service! I stopped in to pick up an order, and was immediately greeted & offered assistance. The cashiers were smiling & laughing as they interacted with guests. The store was neat, full & so visually appealing! As I left, an associate putting out product looked up to thank me for coming in. It felt so good to be in there, I didn't want to leave the party! Well done, team!

I don't shop this type of place often. I needed a gift for someone. There are some cute things. Prices are ok. Staff spent most of the time talking to each other. Would go back if they were the only place I could get the item I needed.

I absolutely love The Paper Store. It's the best place to go when you're looking for a gift for someone but don't quite know what to get. They have so many cute and meaningful items, for both kids and adults. I never fail to find something for myself, as well!
