It's my 2nd year at this gym. Spacious, clean, new equipment and recently renovated. People are friendly, and they let me pay the whole thing up front, unlike some other gyms out there. Plus with my membership, I get to use both the Manchester and Londonderry locations. (The personal training though is quite expensive).

24 hour accessibility is great. Very good member cost. Limited qty of some machines, so you may have to wait, but usually not for long. Good surround mirrored room for practicing Martial Arts. Friendly staff.

Surprisingly nice little neighborhood gym. It's not huge like PF, but I rarely have to wait for any machines even at peak time. Love the 24-hour access, too. There's definitely a level of athleticism that I've noticed here, too, where it seems a lot of folks are in serious training. It's inspiring!
