“I’ve taken various Dartmouth Coach buses in the past 10 years, but this was my first time taking Boston Express. My husband and I planned a roundtrip to Boston from Nashua today 02/01/2024. Bob, our driver for both trips, was SO warm, friendly, and just radiated good vibes. His customer service was unparalleled and I felt compelled to write a review! We may have only interacted with him for a few minutes, but he will definitely be one of the most memorable parts of our whole trip!”

“Great experience with XPO in Manchester, NH, from start to finish. The customer service rep, Yvette, was top-notch when scheduling our delivery--really courteous and provided everything we needed to know without our having to ask. The delivery was scheduled for between 1 and 4 p.m., and we got our shipment at 1:30. The delivery itself, by Brian, was outstanding. He called one stop before ours to let us know he would soon be on his way to us, then called again when that delivery was complete, to say he was 7 minutes from our place. All this is absolutely terrible weather; our road hadn't even been plowed yet. Brian was a complete delight to deal with, so friendly and professional. I'd deal with XPO in Manchester anytime.”

“I used MTA for guest and bridal party transportation for my wedding in August 2023. I had a good experience with booking and received prompt responses to my requests on the online form. I ended up booking 1 trolley (since there was only 1 available) and 1 school bus for my wedding, to help make it easier for bridal party members and guests to get to and from their lodging. The trolley was a fun and unique form of transportation that guests really enjoyed, and was a fun way to arrive in style. I took off one star because in the week leading up to the wedding when my fiance and I were trying to confirm all the details of the bus and trolley, we were not able to reach anyone from MTA on the phone and also did not receive an email with driver contact information so we just had to hope they would show up on the day of. Luckily they did arrive early and kept the wedding day running smoothly--just would have been nice to have the contact info as an added reassurance on an already stressful day!”
