This particular branch is absolutely wonderful, every time I go in they go above and beyond. Even most recently staying late to help me despite my showing up at the very last second and very much should have been turned away. So great full to them for giving up some of their time to help me.

Lisa, the branch manager at this location is incredibly rude. 4 separate occasions I tried to go in for a simple pin reset and had to schedule an appointment. Scheduled the appointment and showed up early for it and they failed to put it in. At the desk they were able to have me wait for the next available representative. Right before I sat down with the rep, the bank manager Lisa came out of her office to berate and scold me for not using their website to schedule and accused me of lying about scheduling the appointment. I showed them my call history showing my call with them and she still continued to belittle and talk down at me in the middle of the entire lobby for a good 5 minutes in front of everyone. Triangle has been the bank I use primarily for about 10 years now. If you use Triangle do not use the Candia road location.

If you should open an account with the bank, they will not stand behind you if you have any issues with your debit card. Had mickeys ny pizza which never deliver my order for $92. I contacted triangle to dispute the charge.Well triangle says , mickeys said your pizza was stolen. This makes zero sense. Talked with with assistant Branch manager and customer service they sided with mickeys. They never helped they don't care. Don't bother putting your money with them..

Worst bank I’ve ever been to! I didn’t have access to my online account for a month. Then I was given the run around for an atm card and when I try to use it, it doesn’t work! Needless to say I closed out my account immediately and opened a savings with Navy Federal Credit union and have not had any issues in the 6 years I’ve banked with them. DO NOT USE THIS BANK!

Have had wonderful experiences with the staff in person, but I am less than pleased at being charged $10 for a replacement debit card with a faulty chip which has otherwise no damage to it. Especially when said debit card was supposed to last through another three years of use.

Horrible service! Wait times on the phone are awful. Have a new loan. Can't pay it online. Need a pin number, which I never received. If I could give negative 5 stars, I would!

AWFUL! RUN FAR AWAY! If you like being treated rudely this is the place for you. Even the gentleman sitting beside me couldn’t believe it. Ran my credit without authorization after I left. This is after I told them I was not interested any longer about becoming a member.Like other reviews I’m wondering if it’s there policy to be terrible.

If I could I would give 0 stars. I had fraud committed on my account totaling $400. I filed my fraud claims and in less then a month they were both denied because whoever stole my info from Google, used my debit card and cell phone to make charges through Google. So the representative from the Candia Rd branch said how do we know you didn't make those charges since you've purchased x, y, and z through it before.. I said this isn't right. So you mean to tell me that if you went to a gas station to purchase a few items, someone stole your info and used it at the same place that makes it ok???? That makes no sense. Her reply was it makes perfect sense and you will not get your money back. Way to have your customer's back!!

Horrible Customer ServiceCustomer service for all banking in general has become abhorrent, but Triangle Credit Union has reached a new low for neglect. I've had a biz account here for over 15 years and recently opened an additional account. The new account has ad issues since the day I opened it, and despite repeated calls to support and customer service, the problems have never been resolved. Additionally the branch manager at the Candia Rd location was rude and condescending.If you are looking for a bank I strongly suggest you do not consider Triangle!

Manager, Kevin at a manchester branch helped me with a problem while I was on vacation In Florida. The issue was seamlessly resolved!!
