Jaimie at the desk was very personable.! A real person! They received a nice snow and ice storm the night before so everyone was busting butt to get the vehicles cleaned off!

Friendly service, they ask all the right questions to ensure you have what you need to move. We had a flat tire in our personal vehicle and they were understanding. The prices are affordable as well.

My recent encounter with U-Haul, orchestrated by the inept general manager, Richard, was nothing short of a calamity. His abysmal excuse for customer service left me seething with fury. Richard's incompetence and arrogance transformed what should have been a straightforward transaction into a harrowing experience. It's astounding that U-Haul allows such a bumbling buffoon to represent their brand. Dealing with Richard was like navigating a minefield of idiocy and apathy. If you have any modicum of self-respect and value your peace of mind, steer clear of this wretched establishment and its utterly detestable general manager. To add insult to injury, not only was I subjected to the abysmal customer service orchestrated by the incompetent general manager, Richard, but I also had to physically trudge to the brick-and-mortar store because he refused to allow me to speak with one of his employees, Jamie. Richard's tyrannical approach and refusal to address my concerns through reasonable means are a testament to his utter disregard for customer satisfaction. It's beyond comprehension that a manager would deny access to other staff, compounding the frustration and inconvenience. U-Haul should be ashamed to have such an autocrat at the helm of customer relations. Steer clear of this disaster zone masquerading as a service provider.Adding insult to injury, not only did I endure the atrocious customer service orchestrated by the inept general manager, Richard, but my complaint was summarily ignored. The pinnacle of absurdity came when, after expressing my frustration and rightfully pointing out his power trip, I was unceremoniously kicked out of the place. Richard's refusal to address my concerns, coupled with his authoritarian behavior, paints a bleak picture of U-Haul's commitment to customer satisfaction. This blatant disregard for accountability is a disgrace, and I'm left feeling not only mistreated but completely abandoned. Avoid this establishment and its power-tripping manager at all costs.

The keys were not ready for us when we got there for the mobile check in. Then the van was blocked in. They gave us a different van because they were too lazy to move it. The new van had no gas and we had to fill up 1st thing. You would think ordering it 4 days in advance they would have been more prepared.

I have rented here at least half a dozen times. Truck, Trailers and moving equipment and supplies are all a one stop shop. The staff is very friendly and want you safe out there on the road!

Let me go back a bit, and talk about my second-to-last visit. I was just buying boxes, and although I could carry them if I had to, Gregory offered to help me. I turn 62 in a month, and I have had severe back pain that landed me in the emergency room twice in the last couple of months. I don't remember the details about how the help came to be exactly, but I just remember the sense of him being incredibly nice. He also appreciated my veteran license plate. So, this most recent time, I rented a 26' van near the end of the day so I would know that everything was set. I asked if I could keep it there overnight, and just pick it up very early the next morning. I did not realize that that might cause a fair amount of inconvenience, but the Manager, Richard, popped a smile on his face, and said that they would see what they could do. He asked Jennie to find a spot, and she and Gregory did, indeed, move a van around to get me a spot.It was not just the getting the spot, but during my interactions with all three, Richard, Jennie, and again, Gregory, they were SO NICE. Again, I am getting older, so I remember when customer service was customer service, and they were THE BEST customer service I have had with any company in years. One last thing that was nice: I am not shy about saying something, and letting people know when I feel that they were awesome, and they also appreciated it to no end. They helped make my day a little easier, and I think I made their day a bit brighter also. It was a great experience.

I got a trailer hitch installed on a new vehicle at the Willow St Manchester NH location. After observing portions of the installation process I was concerned about possible damage to my car. Upon inspection after the hitch installation there was visible damage. Pry marks from improperly removing the bumper cover from the outside. Missing clear coat where the bumper cover meets the rear quarter panel and damage from what looks like the bumper cover being dragged over the shop floor. In addition, the opening that was cut in the bumper cover to allow the hitch to pass through was off-center, not square and roughly cut. The bumper cover was also not properly reattached underneath. I spoke with the manager who was unapologetic and told me I could pursue an insurance claim. Its now years later and my driver side taillight which had malfunctioned a few times after heavy rain over the years has stopped working entirely. After speaking with VW it seems they can't warranty it because a gasket for the rear taillight was MISSING causing water to intrude into the taillight over time and causing it to fail. The UHAUL video for this cars hitch installation does require the removal of the rear outer taillights and based on how careless the rest of the installation was I think I know how that gasket went missing.Every time I carry bikes using the hitch it creaks and squeaks as well.Overall a terrible experience and a terrible installation. I will not be recommending U-Haul or this location for hitch installation to anyone.

Been standing here 25 minutes being ignored and they're helping everyone else. Jennie is really rude.
