Usually I go during the week to do returns and drop offs but today I happen to go on a Saturday. Walked in and the lady was so rude. I asked some questions needing help and got responded with short attitude.

Rude people there this morning.I went to grab three large flat rate boxes. When asked for them I was questioned on what I would be shipping. When I told them I would be shipping a bunch of clothes and some gifts. They proceeded to ask if I was only going to ship a shirt and a pair of pants. I said I have a bunch of stuff she wanted me to go through a whole list. She said I can bring in my stuff and pack it there. Which I will not be doing.

I had to go to this UPS store location to have fingerprinting done for a job and I just have to shout out the woman who helped me through the process. They are able to take digital fingerprint scans on site, which is very convenient, however, the machine was definitely a little tricky and didn’t necessarily love my overly dry healthcare worker hands. I wish I had gotten her name but the woman who was helping me today. Was super patient and so nice despite having to spend extra time with me on a seemingly easy task. It had gotten busy in the store through this process and she handled everything so gracefully just wanted to leave a bit of appreciation for the store, and this particular employee as she made my experience a positive one!

Staff has been very and helpful when doing return shipment through the store. When a return was going to be too expensive to make sense they provided useful advice on what other things they'd recommend. We took their advice and it worked out great in the end.

Soooooo slow, didn't send out from this location. Seemed like it took 5min per person, left after about 10min and only two people completed their transaction in that time.EDIT: To the owner of the UPS Store that responded-I've been to many other stores that don't have the issues that your store does and they certainly don't try to hide their issues by blaming Amazon for all of them. Your numerous one star reviews tell me this has nothing to do with the time of year. My comment must have had some truth to things if it required such an unprofessional response from you. Maybe spend some more time managing the store and less time responding to comments.

The individual working there with the thin mustache around 2:00 today couldn't have been more miserable. I get that it's probably a busy week for holiday returns, but wow were they rude. They made me feel like I was a burden for sending back a package/existing. I hadn't been in this store for a couple of years. The last time I was there, the associate was yelling at people in line. Today was just another bad experience. I'd expect this kind of behavior at the USPS or the DMV where you're forced to do business. PS - I've never in my life felt compelled to seek out a way to leave a negative review. That should say something.

Brand New iPhone 13 (ARV $799) left on the street of downtown Manchester with a homeless camp across the street. But when I order coffee (ARV $12) on Amazon and UPS is the courier, the driver leaves a sticky note on the door about attempted delivery and the package is brought to a pickup location that is nowhere near me. The drivers have always left attempted delivery notes because the building is locked to non-residents. Why the driver decided to leave a parcel shipped from Verizon outside in a urban/high traffic area with homeless roaming up and down the street is beyond me. I often have added notes on the UPS app to call upon delivery, or to leave the parcel at the store right underneath the building, my requests have gone unheeded everytime. I instead receive a note forcing me to travel to an inconvenient location to pickup my delivery. I cannot understand what the driver was thinking this time around….

I have used this store before to return packages, and have had no issues, but unfortunately this past Saturday I was not treated nicely at all, and I can only surmise that it was because I chose to wear a mask. I was the only person in the store with one on. Customers preceding me were greeted, wished a merry Christmas, told to have a nice day. I was ignored when I said good morning, not spoken to throughout the entire transaction, and ignored when I thanked her and wished her a nice day (this was the older woman). As NH has the highest rate of new covid infections in the entire country and has had to bring in medical personnel from outside the state to mitigate the situation in our health care facilities, wearing a mask again makes sense. If others choose not to, fine, but I shouldn't be subjected to rudeness because I am--I'm certainly not being rude to those choosing not to.

Just had an interaction with Judy R. at this location. I have never been to a UPS store before as a customer and I had to return cable boxes for Comcast. I tried to communicate with Judy what I was trying to do and that I've never done it before. Without eye contacted she just pointed at the scale did not give me any verbal instructions. I asked do I get a receipt? She said yes but I can't find the serial numbers on the boxes. I helped her find the serial numbers since I have been familiar with cable boxes. Another customer comes into the store and without acknowledging my transaction asks my repsentative Judy if she could use a Dolly. Judy yells to see if "Ashley" another worker is out back but just ignores me turns around to help the customer find a Dolly. After she returned to me I asked Judy why she did not finish my transaction and she did not responds claims the computer is just now freezing and needs help from a coworker who comes over and says her receipt has already printed. She said have a nice day.

Amazon return. Probably the root of the problem. Nevertheless, a week after dropping off the return at this store there was no update on tracking status other than that the label had been created. No movement. A small size but pricey product and I am concerned it might have been pocketed and I would be out of luck. The only documentation I was a receipt proving I dropped it off at this UPS store.I called the store to ask for assistance. Placed on hold for 12 minutes. Call was disconnected. Called back again, explained my concern again, etc. I don't know if I got the same person all the other 1 star reviews got but felt I was getting the same rude treatment. Nobody appreciates being spoken to with the tone that one addresses a naughty 2 year old. Even if you are helpless, at least pretend to care. It is called customer service. Pretty basic. I am sure they don't care but I will make sure to avoid this UPS store in the future.
