This place is a complete disaster!!!! There is a new management team that went in about 6 months ago and they are a hot mess. They lost 3 of my packages, they are rude, and when i tried to talk with the manager, her name is Robin, she told me to "take my business somewhere else". It really is sad, they use to be fantastic and a pleasure to do business with...

The staff here is kind, friendly and very helpful. With kids in the military all over the world, I ship a lot!! Additionally, I do a fair amount of Amazon returns, so I feel like I'm here quite a bit. Everyone is always great and they check multiple shipping methods to get my packages there for the best price.

I've been here before with no issues. But the other day I had to drop off three large, heavy packages that were prepaid. First, they close at 2:30 on Saturdays, which is a weird time. Close at 2pm or 3pm, but whatever. So I get there at 2:26 (which is completely my fault for cutting it so close) and run up to the door with one of my twenty pound packages only to be greeted with a locked door. As I'm putting the package down another customer walks up to the door. So he knocks once and some lady comes out to reprimand us and say they close at 2:30. So I show her my phone and say it's 2:27. Look, I get it...it's Saturday and you want to leave. But all my packages were already paid for and I didn't need any other services other than just dropping the packages off there. If it was 2:30 when I got there I wouldn't have even bothered and would've waited until Monday but I was there before they closed (and with four whole minutes to spare!!).

I never write negative reviews, but the service at this UPS Store was so bad, and on two different occasions, that I am compelled to write about it. The horrible service was at UPS Store# 4236. It is located at 497 Hooksett Road in Manchester, NH. The first time I shopped there, moments after I walked into the lobby of the store, the Employee yelled from behind the desk that I needed to put on a mask. She was mistaken. I was wearing a mask, but she made a mistake. Still, she should not have yelled at me from behind the desk. She freely shared her unsolicited Political views with me. I kept quiet out of embarrassment. Ironically, and I'm not making the up, she solicited me to please post a positive YELP review of the store because, she said, they've been getting negative reviews from people saying they're mean because of their mask policy. Wow - talk about lack of self-awareness. She is mean! But I figured maybe I caught her on a bad day so I went back to give UPS more business on another day. This time, however, I was not wearing a mask because the CDC and President of the United States have both said I don't have to. Once again, as soon as I walked in I was yelled at from behind the desk from the same Employee. This time there were others in the store and I was embarrassed. I realize masks are a personal and controversial matter, but shaming and belittling customers shouldn't be the way to let people know you'd prefer they wear a mask. This time the Manager came over and handed me a paper mask (a nice gesture), but he also loudly berated me to wear it or get out. This is not the way I expect a professional company to treat people. Certainly they could have expressed their desire for me to mask-up without using shame and embarrassment as their tools. I will not be going there again. People should know how this store treats people so they can go somewhere else.

Rushed to get here before closing. Missed it by a couple minutes. I had a drop off of a prepaid box. Just a drop off. The girl working was on the other side of the door. She wouldn't take it. It was just a pass off.

I always receive excellent customer service at this location. The employees are kind, friendly, polite and helpful. They are excellent at managing multiple tasks at once; they operate as a high-functioning team in order to see that all orders and requests are completed in a timely manner. I depend on UPS for a lot of shipping and have frequented other locations in the area and this is the only UPS Store I go to for my shipping needs, no exception. I would like to thank the staff and owner for their continued service to the community.

Have had a box here for years, the sole reason that I acquired the box was the service for them to notify me that we had mail. Today I asked why I didn't get message any longer. After close to ten years the didn't know that was an expectation. When I explained it had been that way since I worked with them it was more excuses. Not a sorry just must be customers fault

Very Bad Experience With Michael. I Asked Him To UPS Ground Mail From My Box To A Next Day Point UPS Ground. The Next Day, Tuesday, The UPS Driver Came Through My Complex With Nothing. I Called The UPS Store And Asked About It And Michael Said It Did Go Out Monday, But I Wouldn't Get It Until Wednesday. This Didn't Make Sense So I Called Store Back To Ask For Tracking Number. Within 10 Minutes Michael Called Me Back And Changed His Story And Said The Envelope Didn't Go Out Monday. He Apologized And Said He Would Waive Fees To Send On Tues. Well It''s Late Wed. And Still No Envelope And Still Charged $18.62. Horrible Dishonest Service. I Worked With Daryl In The Past And He Was Excellent.

I used the services of this UPS store numerous times in the past. They advertise a notary service so I went to have a signature notorized about an hour before they closed. The associate I spoke to said the person who does the notorizing was on his way out and asked if I could come back on another day, preferably before 5 PM so I went today. I end up seeing the same person I saw a few days earlier (Derek Avila). As it turns out he's a notary, and he notorized my document. Basically, I made a 2nd trip there for no good reason. I was the only customer in the store when I originally went and he could have easily notorized my document then. Derek is simply dishonest, lazy, maybe both. I hope the franchise owner reads this as this would ge a good learning moment for his associates. I will not be utilizing this UPS store at any point in the future

Excellent customer service from a knowledgeable staff. Went there to get a PO Box and Dana explained all the options and services to help me determine the best option. I needed additional mail services and Lanning was quick, efficient and a math wiz! I saw several interactions with other customers including Daryl provide someone with a better option that was cheaper for the customer. This level of service will make this my go to UPS store.

Being a do-it-yourselfer, it crushed me that I couldn't buy a box at Staples, Walmart, etc. to ship a large Lego kit myself. Since this store is close to where I work, I stopped in asking about boxes that fit the dimensions that I needed. Boom - they had a box that fit perfectly (ended up being a wreath box). The guys working there were quick to welcome me and were very helpful and professional. I was in and out in no time, which is key for those on their lunch breaks. Between this store and the one near my home, I'm definitely returning to this one!

Always friendly, helpful, and professional, this is where I choose to go to ship packages or have something faxed. Lanning, in particular, goes out of his way to help customers. I noticed they even began to offer 3D printing, and an employee engagingly offered an explanation about the 3D printing process. Have not tried it yet, but would like to someday. Conveniently located next to the superb Mr. Mac's, which is a plus in my book!

The people here are very rude, two separate times I've been here already, two different people and both times they were very rude. I'd suggest going elsewhere, because these people obviously don't want repeat customers.
