Great experience at the Manchester NH office on 8/1/25. After 24 years with US Cellular, and using the Milford, NH store for our customer service needs, we decided to try the Manchester NH office. The guys there were great. Our longtime experience at Milford had been TERRIBLE. Multiple associates over the years had been unhelpful and had us thinking of car salesman types. But the guys at the Manchester store were so much nicer.
Kudos to Manchester NH US Cellular.

I recently visited UScellular and was blown away by the level of customer service displayed by Silas. He was incredibly attentive and made sure all my needs were met. Not only was he extremely patient with me and answered all of my questions but went above and beyond by making sure I was comfortable with my purchase before I left the store. He even taught me a thing or two. The product I purchased exceeded my expectations in terms of quality and value. (He was not lying). Highly recommend!

Lied when upgrading phone, didn’t say extra line was mandatory for the installment price and I’ve spent months trying to cancel it and have gotten the run around. There are plenty of other phone company’s that are less dishonest and I will be switching to them instead.
