If I could give a lower rating than 1 star I would. I went in 4 days ago to upgrade my phone and to say the service sucked would be a massive understatement. The first person I saw couldn't even be bothered to sit up or greet us and kept stating how tired he was. After finally settling on a phone (which per the ads was supposed to have no charge) and being told it would cost me $1300.00, I said I would pay it off right then and there. No can't do that, have to wait until it's on my account. Then I was told I would have my phone by Monday or Tuesday the latest, to be told that no the oho e doesn't even co.e out u til Wednesday so I won't have it until Thursday. Then I get a call saying the order didn't even process because the payment of .35 didn't go through. WHAT!!! Now my phone won't be here until Thursday or Friday. This is the worst experience I have had with service in a while. This place is the worst!!

First off- I am a 25 year customer, started with a giant blue Nokia circa 2001-2002, to now my brand new 15 pro max. And-out of the countless locations I have ever worked with. This is the best experience I have had… Christian and Zae.(sp?) are both stellar reps , a 10 in terms of overall professionalism, and I must say, are both positively representative from a branding standpoint.. They were so efficient, and super knowledgeable. I went in with multiple issues due to working with a different location who put a phone under my sister‘s name, accidentally added charges that I did not authorize etc. etc. they fixed everything and they are the best . Love them and you will too!!!

I live in the city, and my friend put me on his business account so that I can save money on phone service. Now that I got rid of Xfinity wifi due to overcharging double charging, and other issues, I'm only getting 1 or 2 bars if I'm lucky.

They sold me a used apple watch that don't even work and they won't even exchange it knowing it don't work so now I'm stuck paying for a watch that has not worked since I got it and to make matters worse they told me the watch is still under warranty well they lied about that because when I brought the watch to the apple store he told me the watch has not been under warranty since Jan 26 of 2022 I even pay insurance on it but they won't exchange it

Hate the fact this store was the one we choose to come Rebecca the lady there made us feel uncomfortable and service was terrible and rush us out. Hope you get yours in the service world. YOUR TERRIBLE AND TRASH SERVICE.

Rebecca discriminated against a black person who tried to open a business account and didn’t let him being he didn’t have a “business card” handy but showed all his other credentials even the business credit card

U.S. is an amazing cell phone company. They may be small than the big guys but u still get a great coverage map. Especially in the north country of NH. There prices and deals are just as good as the larger companies, if not better when they run their specials. But what you get the best from U.S Cellular is the customer service and the quality care that u receive in the store, over the phone or through the internet. In a day of customer service really put on the back burner..... this is where u.s. cellular shines. Give the smaller guys a try and see what a personalized sale is like.

This company terminated me 3 days prior to Christmas. I was at a doctors appointment. They were very much aware of it. The appointment ran late. They I even stayed in contact to let them know. They had me come all the way in, just to tell me I was being let go. In NH, after termination, an employer has 72 hours to pay all wages due. I finally was paid in full on March 9, 2022. 1,728 hours after my termination. A far cry from the 72 hours as required by law. Then, they had the nerve to send ME an invoice demanding I pay them back money that I’d earned. Not only that, they underpay their sales team. There are quality sales representatives at this store that are making half what they’d be making elsewhere. And, they’d make that money without having to feel bad at the end of the day for pretending USCellular is actually a competitor to the BIG 3 (VZW, T-Mo, and AT&T). I remember hearing people that were in management bragging about being the 4th largest wireless provider. That’s because there are only 3 other large providers left. If you lived in reality, you’d realize that 4th place is LAST PLACE, and maybe work to change the company for the better.

I was told the phone was' free' and I would be given the lowest cost plan. Two months in, my bill for a single line, just text and phone, is$160. So I switch the phone to Verizon, personally go back to this store and pay off the phone for $740 bucks- and was given no receipt, though I asked several times, whether by fax, email- no receipt was given- and was told my phone would be unlocked in 24 hours. It was not. 2 days later, I then called US Cellular supposed customer service, and they claimed they would have the phone unlocked in 2 hours- nope, still holding the phone hostage, they have my money, I own the phone, and it is locked. Worst customer service ever.
