I went here on a Tuesday morning, on the advice of the USPS own website, where it said “give your package a few days to correct itself, and if problem persists call customer service, or visit local post office for assistance” and so I did exactly that, and when I got up to the counter the guy was pleasant enough, until he starts asking questions that were just rude: what is it you ordered? Is it a scam? And then goes on to suggest calling the postmaster general about policy change, and finished by quoting what is visible on my screen “it says it’s in transit to the destination, so give it a few more days and if it doesn’t change call the customer service this time” I told him that yes I had read that as well and left the store. I couldn’t believe it, rude questions, call the post master general, and just repeated what’s on my screen? I don’t recommend this location.

not the most pleasant post office i’ve been to. I had trouble finding the building mostly due to lack of easily visible signage. the way I was told to “just click the button” on the card reader was rude too, not informative/helpful but in a rushing manor with no one behind me. I am no boomer I know what I am doing and should be allowed a few seconds to read the prompt. 3 stars for setting and service.

Friendly, courteous and helpful staff. If you have a problem...politely address it politely to any staff member they are there to serve and help- be patient we all make mistakes.

If your package has to go through this facility it will probably be late. The staff(especially supervisors) thinks manual labor is the president of Mexico. They spend more time talking amongst each other than they do working for the customer.

Not sure why they thought it was a good idea to put a post office in a building that is closed on Sundays, and closed later in the evenings. Having access to my mail when it is convenient for me is kind of the whole point. Absolutely do not recommend getting a PO Box here if you can avoid it.

Over the years as most of the more senior employees have been retiring, customer service has been going downhill. Nancy will be missed and I hope she's doing well. I'm not sure if Penny still works here but she's also very friendly and courteous. Pat lately always has a nasty attitude and can't be bothered nor listen or care for customer concerns, she's gotten very rude, if she hates her job she should leave it.

Why is our mail getting delivered so late everyday? Use to come at 11:30 am or so now not until 6:30 pm? This is Rediculous! No postal truck either. I think she goes home then delivers after dinner. She must live nearby us. Sunset Ridge apts.

Very rude lady at the front desk. Probably shouldn't work the front desk if she doesn't want to deal with customers.

Horrible automated system. Cant get through to anyone for help and continuously get cycled through options with no help in the end. Horrible customer service!

I’d give it no stars, but that isn’t an option. I have never, ever, been to a USPS that does not print shipping label(s) for you, if you don’t have a printer.I went in, told the lady I had an item to send off, and asked if she could scan the barcode to print the label for me. I do not own a printer, and I would have been happy to pay ten cents for that “inconvenience.” She stated that I needed a QR code to do that, and that a barcode wouldn’t work. On top of that, when I first asked if she could help print it, she said “all I have here is scotch tape.” That had nothing to do with my question! Also, you have a computer, several at that, all of which I could see. This has never been an issue, and I’m shocked she didn’t try to at least help me. I’ve been to mailing centers that at least offered to have me email them the shipping label, so that they could print it.
