The blonde lady in the passport office is VERY rude, asked if i didnt know how to read in a rude manner just because i read one thing wrong on the paper. Very disrespectful and bad service here

Very rude customer service and I walked in to get form for first time passport I asked the lady with red hair to where I can find first time passport form and she was like it is not problem and gave me a judgement on me cuz I am deaf
Btw the man who worked passport office and he did give me a form but he need stop avoiding look to me when I said I’m deaf cuz I can’t read his lip

Consistently not delivering my packages. Attempted deliver. Checked cameras, no attempt ever made. Have to go pick up my packages. Every. Single. Time. Don't even bother trying to get ahold of em they purposefully make the website an absolute nightmare

Slowest post office in the USA. Every single time I have been here the employees at the front desk never know what they're doing. They are very slow and rude, if you like standing in line to drop off a letter/package for at least 30 minutes this is the place for you...

DO NOT SHIP HERE IF YOUR PACKAGE WEIGHS OVER 5LBS. These 80+ year old workers are not able to lift anything past that and will destroy your box.

These people are the most frustrating to ever deal with. I forgot why I don’t go here often and this is why!! I go to drop off a package that got send back to me and had to get a new box for it…needed tape apparently to tape the receipt on because as the rude older man said “we aren’t a packaging center”…okay I asked where I could get tape to buy and he was like “… right under where you got that box.” SORRY! I didn’t see it!! No need for attitude!! So I go grab tape and go to the lady thinking maybe this will be better….no…she is like “we aren’t going to tape it for you…” I understand that, but why would I use something if I haven’t paid for it yet?? I told her I sort of felt it was weird to use it before paying for it, what happens if people do and they didn’t actually have money for it? They acted like the entire time I was there I was inconveniencing them and stupid. Worse than the dmv. They need new attitudes for sure, I was greeted with one the first time I went up to the desk for no reason. Sorry it’s 5 pm on a Friday and you have 2 hours left but I didn’t think it would be much for you to offer me help.

Use to love going to drop my packages off with the post office. The last few times there has been nothing but issues. And now they lost my package and said we never gave it to them, which I know for a fact we did, they wouldn't even look around to see if it got lost behind something. It's really getting ridiculous. I can't even get my package back or be refunded for the items that were brought to the post office.

Some of their counter people try very hard to offer competent and courteous customer service. Others……..not so much. Was wondering why 2 Amazon orders that had been shipped via UPS Surepost to my P.O. Box (as I’ve done for years) had been returned to the sender. What I got from the postal worker was “how is that our problem?”. I later learned that the postal service and UPS had failed to renew a Surepost contract for 2025………..information that as an employee the postal worker likely was aware of. Instead he played dumb and went with “how is that our problem?”
