Friendly staff picked up package with no issue what so ever

So a few days prior to my visit today 11/9/23, I forgot to put some important information on the my money letter, the host at the counter did everything in her power to at least get me my receipt to try to track down my money order. Absolutely great customer service.

Had an important package incoming to my old address, They made sure I got it, even without the tracking number.
